Hello guys, so here is the Powderfeeding Brochure, a little brochure talking about the feeding and containing a feeding schedule for each type of powder, it is of course only indication and must be adapted to each strains depending on the mediums and needs

;)

Don't forget if you use RO water, or rainwater, to add a little cal/mag to your mix.

:)

Have a good reading

Aloha Dust, The work Strainhunters has done with these new strain specific nutrients is excellent my friend. It is good Arjan, Franco , Dust & the team are making the World a better place with modern scientific based horticulture methods that are easy to use.

Dust, i have a doubt, I have the Powderfeeding for Indicas, and the 26 of Nitrogen is scaring the hell out of me. It is not too much for flowering??

I´m scare that the weed taste later on very metallic or could spark. I have seen that twice in my live and you could not smoke that shit, you could, but you did NOT enjoying the smoke....

....I could be just paranoid.

yes man don't worry your just paranoid ;) It seems high indeed but they are diferent sources of N in the powder which mainly explains the high N proportion, and as far as taste goes, w've won 10 cups in 1 year in places GH had never won seems they use the powderfeeding in their comp weed ;) So i think your safe man, i've used it for 2 years too and the taste is as proper as wih any nutes if you flush correctly! of course on't stop feeding 2 days before harvest ;)

Good luck man!

Aloha Dust, On the issue of Calcium it seems Advanced Nutrients is using amino acid chelated macro & micro minerals in their pH perfect formulas. I was wondering if Franco or Arjan could comment on the of the proper levels needed using chelated calcium ( 6% liquid - 18.3% powder) use in combination with the Powderfeeding formulas?

Oldemarine

I read on the label of a GHE bottle you should add 2grams per 10 litre for Osmosis water. I think they are also very knoledgable. The ingredients are ot very different from the powderfeeding as far as N-P-K ratio goes.. Talking about Flowering specifically.

Hope That Helps

Aloha Bam-Bhole, Are we talking about General Hydroponics Cal-Mag that is 5% Ca & 1% Mg? Is this the product they are selling in Europe?

http://agr.wa.gov/pe...aspx?pname=3798

I was wondering how much amino acid Calcium Chelate at 18% is the proper level ?

Brexil Ca from Valagro good source of Ca. You can try ~1g - 10L for water from the tap, on flowering plant need more Ca.

Mg usually added with Magnesium Sulphate from drugstore. You can try ~1g - 2-5L for water from the tap, on flowering plant need less Mg.

Aloha ganjalover, Thank you for the tip on Brexil Ca. I looked it up and the 15% Ca at the rate of .1 gram per liter would add about 15 mg/L (aka PPM) I think this is too low. I think the 72 mg/L reading of the Ca in the Limberg water supply would be a good place to start? I noticed the Brexil Ca also contains Boron.

Brexil Ca contained 20% Ca and 0,5% B. For water from the tap a good start to try 1g - 10L, any way water like this contained own Ca. If it was to low you can see it on you plant, this is no major problems just some leaf will be have little bumps. almost Should not forget that calcium is not the main fertilizer for plant it should be less than N or K. The same amount of fertilizer depends on how often you change water in your system because I advise not to rush and to make your own experiences. You just need to try it with your plants and water from the your tap. About Boron nothing to worry there are too low to make any trouble that you can will see or else.

I use this fertilizer by myself on coco and all happy.

Aloha ganjalover, Calcium is a macronutrient that is third behind Nitrogen and Potassium in the tissue analysis of Cannabis. The water from the tap here in Hawaii is soft and contains very little Calcium, rainwater even less like RO water. Is the Calcium level in Brexl Ca in Europe 20%? It looks like in the USA it is only 15%.

If you pretty sure you need more Brexil Ca you can use more it is not a problem. My advice is just to be normal for standard water from tap, and based on my experience. About USA and Europe Brexil Ca I am nothing to say, for my this is news.

Calcium is the fifth in front of him magnesium and sulfur. I did want to say something that are associated with the problem of its lack of the most minimal of all the major elements and quantify it should be less than five times in N OR K
