Humidity controller on balcony?

Hello guys.

I have a closed balcony, but fresh air comes in from holes in the windows. I would like to keep my humidity around 45% but right now its about 60-70%, so i was wondering about buying a humidity controller. Also when i'm harvesting im planning on moving the humidity controller to my drying room (my bedroom).

My question is, will this humidity controller even have a chance for keeping the humidity around 45% when fresh air comes in all the time? theres not comming a whole windows fresh air in, but maybe about an half or a quart. If it cant control the humidity when air is comming in, theres no point for buying this device, but what do you guys think? i've been googleing and so on, but not really able to find the same problem anywhere.

Thanks in advice ;)

if there is really a lot of air coming in the controler might have some problems to absorb humidity but well from 60% if you manage to gain a little it will be nough, even at 60% if you have a nice airflow and fans you usually won't have troubles with your flowering in my room it was very often above 60% and never had any mold trouble, so put the dehumifier anyway and it should be enough to keep a happy room :)

Thanks for the advice, i'll give it a try. At least it will do a great job when im drying ;)

Im neither that worried about the 60% humidity, but if it gets above 70% i really wanna be able to control it :)!
