They look pretty leafy to me. Common man, those buds are skimpy! Use more light! & it looks like you trimmed off your fan leaves too early!

not looking at the best of her posibility for sure, isee some little burn on the top leaves and like shaman i think you trimmed too much leaves too early, or they died?

but she will finish her flowering, just not at the best rate
