Finally ordered another ticket - this time down to the deepest south of germany - The Bavarian Ocean.. CHIEMSEE REGGAE SUMMER -- Ticket includes FREE Rides on trains to and from Chiemsee in the southern half of geray - Hessen, Thüringen, B_W, Bayern etc. I was there 12 years ago by train and know the runnings. The cheapest way to reach this probably nices era of this country. The lake is really beautiful, high mountains nearvby and the festival era is really liush with lots of water, green meadows and large trees etc.

Anyway - I will be there on thursday afternoon in time for that cruise on the boat with Silly Walks Discotheuqe playing Dancehall reggae - Hamburg's oldest Sound never disappoints. The closed shop in Bersenbrück 2 weeks ago in style, i m dying to party with them again.

The Line Up is nice of course not as sensational as at the Reggae-Jam but esp. sunday night will be fantastic non stop.

BE THERE OR BE SQUARE - nothing beats getting stoned under the sun/moon with Reggae music and good vibes all around..

The last chance to enjoy summer 2013 .

Thanks Dust 1

Hey my man I know what we should do NEXT YEAR ! Meet in spain - Benicassim - a whole week with Live Reggae, Rasta Camp, Beaches nearby, shuffles and brillliant vibes in the hot August sun. ROTOTOM !

It starts this weekend , costs 200 Euro / 240 incl. campping for the whole package - Too compliated/expensive for me to go there this year but next year is a long time to plan and check cheap flights to Barcelona - Summer holidays and a visit to lovely spain sounds great to me.. That should be closer to your home, too

Anyway will remind hunters that like Reggae a few times prior and maybe we can have a nice meeting there . How does that sound ?

BTW

Sitting outside close to sunrise in Bersenbrück I listened to my iPod CATCH A FIRE old + remastered when suddenly this song came up and made my heart mellt - imo this is BOB singing nicer than ever. An old song I did not even know it exists.

So take it easy and hear him sing like an angel..

Song is called Low Tide, High Tide (or vice versa). Bonus on the new REMASTERED CD version of CATCH A FIRE....

Jullian Marley plays in Bavaria - Damian Marley was at Rototom last year I think.. ..

Sunsplash in Jamaica you mean ?

Summer Jam in cologne is really cool but tbh Reggae Jam in Bersenbrück is MUCH much better - riddim readers voted it best eurpean Festival since 6 yers in a row - true jamaican vibes - authentic food and hundreds of real jamacan Rastas esp. in the Dancehall - that is to beexperienced, massive Herbman Jugglin' going on - I think it goes like that Reggae Jam and rototom followed by Summer Jam in Cologne - lots and lots of black folks from holland and france plus many africans living in the era.. authentc jamaican food served - but too much police and a few bad people from the neighborhood trying to steal from tents etc or selling bad dope etc.

None of that in Bersenbrück or at Rototom.

Chiemsee is different. In bavaria you cannot smoke ganja in public like up in our era , where ths is no big thing. BNot many black folks but still nice Party Vibes and that landscape with that huge lake and the big mountains and the rivers near the festival era , whre you can chill all day long in private and smoke there make up for the restrictions. Good Beer gardens, grill eras , long drink eras and the Dancehall are really cool. The stage is perfect by now and from what I've seen they polished everyting up a lot since 2001 - These festivals are 20 years by now - Bersenbrück will have the biggest eva 4 days for the 20 Year anniversary Bigger + Better, but what is nice there - 2 stages next to each other and so you don't miss an artist. When Chronixx played on the left stage, Barrington Levy's PA was fine tuned on the right and so it is non stop music inside the Festival era and later on at the Camping Era there is the Dancehall and another open air sound in the Camping Era - food + drinks and shops everywhere. I spend money like crazy but e know KUSH MAKE MONEY FAST..lol

Anyway - Whenever you made up youzr mind wich line up suits you best let me know and we can meet . Spain would be great for me since I love t there and I'd like to stay another week or so in Looret or Barcelona ..

Sensie seeds is this years sponsor in ROTOTOM..

Ah starts tonight with Thiird World . They played friday night at Regae Jam-Magic set. They are getting better all the time - Perfect musicians great vibes fantastic show . Third World played 2001 at CRS and were great, but not as good as now. It is interesting to see that most of those old acts are getting better all the time - Lee Perry, too. man he was the real surprise imo. The program was simply said perfect. The guy SHERRIF who runs the reggae Jam always gets the best acts he can find - no doubt about - No hype artists no crossover..

For the sunsplash i meant the rototom ^^ I always call it sunsplash rather than rototom don't know why lol but well i guess it works :P I didn't know there was a sunsplash in jamaica?

all those details make me wanna move, you must be happy to be able to do so many good festivals with good vibes! are you yourself a rasta by the way?

and third world man would love to see them i like this band very much some nice song! think i discovered them thanks to Ali G with their song at the end ^^ and 96° also maybe i knew this one a little before. I saw the Gladiators not so long ago in a really small room, it as great too, awesome vibes and music :D
