If you eat meat that cannabis has a greater effect on your brain when you stop smoking. Because ancient cultures such as the Rasta and Sadhu bases on vegetarian food. It is really make sense. Such a diet reduces the production of hormones such as testosterone, and you become less irritable.

Hey guys :)

At the beginning of last year I was incredibly thin and smoking 30 cigarettes a day, I felt like I was 50 years old and I was only 30 :( I couldn't get up out of bed, never ate much good food, always processed meats, fizzy juice and more aspartame laiden shit :( I didn't think id see my 40th birthday, honesty.

I took it upon myself to get fitter for my daughter and quit smoking the cigs :) I completely changed my life with a better diet and no tobacco :) I believe quitting them is a state of mind :) You can get over the nicotine physically but it's the mental side that is the hard part :)

I also juice my own raw cannabis leafs and have been doing so for 3 months now :) I feel amazing :) I have built muscle that I never ever had before (even in my teens) through a 20min workout I do in the morning and tuna, porridge etc, then my 'green juice' with carrots and bananas :) It has changed my life :) I feel great :) Try it :)

I smoke cigarettes from 11 to 22 years old. After that I decide my body is too old for this and I stop smoking. incentive for me was the fact that the food is an acquired taste, cannabis has to be more pure and long effect, and for sports it was much more better.

About trying health life, I think I can tell more then others if any body interested. Mostly diet make you hungry, my conception with out it. But taste of food not for all person.

Maximum sense in this make foods. Food should be no saturated fat's and sugar, it is helps to make your metabolism and muscle growth much more faster. Some of my foods look like this. But for this need to add more protein from sports nutrition, eggs of else for complex effect.
