Why shouldn't she smoke in front of children? We also drink wine and beer in front of children because it is part of our culture. If it is really part of our culture - as a person or society - to smoke weed like people do in Kashmir, Morocco etc. I can see no reason why not to smoke in front of children as they do it there. So as long as you do not blow the smoke in their faces it is a normal thing to do....
