Hello guys i want to ask you what to do after i put my seed in the pot it germinated real nice but now the root has a strange shape coud you tell me if this s normal i will attach fotos and please tell me do i have to water it every day and how much? 

Also for  1 plant can i use one lamp and what kind do i have to buy

Okay:  your seed is germinating, but it is still stuck in its outer shell.  You might not be able to save this one, but your best bet is to get a pair of tweezers, clean them/disinfect them, and then GENTLY, DELICATELY remove this shell from the top of the seed.  Once it pops off you should see some baby leaves in there.

It may be best to scour this site for a few months to come up to speed and develop a plan. Don't water it everyday as you will kill it. Best of luck.

yes it seems your soil is very humid so let it dry a little now until it stays a little humid in the look but not really dry, an give tem only by small doses like 2 3dl per watering. For the moment she is looking normal, she should get away of the shell quickly alone, if not you can help her a little but be veryyyy careful cause most of the people trying to help it break the head :rabbi:
