bat guano

Ive have been trying to find a soil mix which is organic like bat guano its not organic this is killing bats any help please as I am getting very confused I dont like to kill spider mite unless I use natural way lady birds im a bit confused

Sorry did not put it right I dont want to use bat guano as have been reading loads about organics soil making & stuff & a lot of the people who are in to organics say that because bat guano is being used a lot it is killing the bats & they are leaveing caves they have lived in there hole lives so was wanting to find something instead off bat guano thanks for your replys
