Hi browsers!

I want a little more to highlight subject of breeding ladybug
zd4QXieVpjA.jpg

The first thing you need for breeding - find laying ladybug

k1.jpg

Egg laying ladybug.
Beginning of the experiment on the cultivation of ladybirds in the home.
Gauze with egg-laying yellow oval mounted on top of the lid of the incubator.
In nature, ladybug leaves laying on the reverse side of the sheet. Seeing many take it for plant diseases and fight with affected leaves, destroying the future of beneficial insects, the most important crop DEFENDERS!

k2.jpg

Larvae first birthday
The appearance of a ladybug larvae on the third day after laying eggs!
This very rapid maturation in a home incubator.
I think this is due to the higher temperature regime. Cold air inhibits the development of natural climatic conditions. At night and in cold weather insects are immobilized, but in the warm favorable state activity increases.
k3.jpg

One day of life and the first molt!
One day and one night on the home farm in the accelerated development of three times compared to the natural habitat.
First molt on the second day of life from the moment of birth - is record time.
Dropping the skins of newborn larvae, baby has grown considerably, acquired bumps and tiny spots on the back, and in the first minutes of the transparent foot amazingly transformed the entire appearance of a stranger.

k6.jpg

BOT Ladybird - it bugs SECOND LIFE !
The most dangerous and active period of insect life in the larval stage of development.
Lack of wings does not allow to escape from enemies, have to rely on quick feet and cryptic coloring and finding enough food to pass long distances.
So the ability to hide too useful.
Difficult and dangerous period is accompanied by changes in external larvae during this time they molt several times . Finally grow twice larger than the present beetle.
Photos on the last day of the larval stage .
The incubator for the week of millimeter bugs rose more than a centimeter , which in vivo is rarely due to a lack of food.

k9.jpg

Be careful !
This larvae of ladybirds .
In this guise the beetle did not immediately know , but red spots on the sides should draw attention to themselves .
The larval stage of development ladybug antithesis adult guise, do not confuse with these predators of pests !
DEFENDERS OF THIS HARVEST army liquidators aphids psyllites , mealybugs , scale insects and mites. And it kills the larvae of Colorado potato beetle and other horticultural pests.
During his lifetime, one ladybug eats aphids several thousand \ ticks

It is easy to imagine what an invaluable help gardeners can bring this useful insect.
Be careful ! SAVE THEM!
These are our friends and protectors !

k7.jpg

BABY DOLL Ladybird - THIRD LIFE!
Pupa ladybug size and coloring is reminiscent of the beetle!
Foothold in plants tail, insect larva completely transformed.
She does not die, it's very much alive, even if fixed, but still very active inside a complex life cycle development!

k19.jpg

Cocoon ladybug. The very beginning of birth. The first minutes of birth.
The appearance of a ladybug!
k20.jpg
k21.jpg

That's the most in the first few minutes of life!
HOLY LIGHT or beetle in mysterious and mysterious world of nature, in a new guise perfect magically transforms and incredibly, miraculously changes its appearance in front of us.
k22.jpg

This newborn Red ladybug!
So it looks in the first hours of his life:
- Yellow back and tummy
- Soft wings with subtle spots.
This remarkable vision and short!
And with drying wings color change, within three hours it will take the form familiar to us.

k8.jpg

From the beginning of the experiment until the day of departure ladybirds was exactly 15 days.
In terms of domestic incubator three times accelerated development of insects.
In the natural habitat of the entire development cycle with a complete metamorphosis required six weeks.

k30.jpg

PEACE!!!

Amazing seed selection, and i love the predator bugs,i personally prefer mantids, but ladybugs are a very good solution.\

if i may ask,why do you plant in clear containers, surely this will inhibit initial root spread to the darker core of the container due to light penetration, and hence affect overall seedling growth,

Jose.gh thanks dude!

I tried to buy seeds for the current season from Strain Hunters, but unfortunately it has not turned... third year I deduce your grade crossing with the local variety flowering in mid-August with the best Afghan Indica and other varieties mainly Indica.

this season to show what worked best flavor and aroma of classical indica with early flowering, without the gene Ruderalis.

Currently crossed varieties Aspara, pure Afghani and Red Dragon, I stabilized variety (name has not given) let's see what will grow.

Peace!
