Hello man, well the first thing to ask most of the time to the workers is to live already in Amsterdam or hollan to hire you, the rent are pretty expensive and it can be dificult sometimes to get one, so its a good first step to already live there, then as a farmer i dont think you will find anything like this, you will probably have to work first in a coffee and get a little bit in contact with everybody and make good friend ^^ 

 

There is not really a shortcut to do it Take your CV and go in all the coffees

i have worked elsewhere in holland in the bulb industry not marijuana but hey, i've always fancied working in a coffeeshop but just kind of assumed that there would be a queue of people waiting for jobs and as i write this i realise thats pretty much the case everywhere these days but thats another matter.

it would be nice to work in the industry though i wouldnt care what i was doing, trimming digging watering weighing rolling.

it isnt as easy as it sounds, you will have to know the right people, no one will hire anyone to do work that´s still illegal withouth knowing you.

Working for the big boys isnt something you want or need, not sure if you understand that its not legal in holland ..hard to get in to if you dont know anyone.

But if you try you might succeed, and there are more cities in holland then just amsterdam, so try somewhere else, housing and regular jobs are hard to find so get saving up.

Well i am dutch living a better life in spain, i am sure it doesnt matter where you live, if you want to learn all about he cannabis, the firts step is start something, maybe even outside somewhere no one comes and knows about.

Buy some seeds and start learning , post pictures and journals that way u are learning more then when you cut a few hunderds or some one else his yield of ganja, think about that also.

I moved from UK to NL working over here. Things are going backwards fast . You could possibly get a coffeeshop job butvia quite difficult. All the supply of weed to the shops is illegal and unregulated so you could not get a legitimate job in the growing side. You could once you make a few contacts start growing for a shop but it can take years to make the right contacts.

Good luck , but I would consider Spain or USA . You can if you have a UK passport register and work in NL with no problems at all , just a quick visit to the local town hall to register.

even growing the herb outside in the netherlands isnt allowed, they wont give you a fine or jailtime, you will have to give them up ...at least when its just a few .

Gaz is saying the same as i am, ive been living there for 47 years, and know all about the crap in holland, you ar better of elsewhere ...and its frickin cold there most of the time.

try swisterland, i believe its legal there, but on the otherhand do they need someone from outside ...its al in who you know and then get them to trust you first ..which might take years.

Sorry to dissapoint you, but holland isnt the same ...the good old days are gone unfortunately.

Not sure about spain as of yet, i will grow one way or the other, just in secret like i have done living in holland, for what i do know growing pot isnt legal in spain , untill i get proof it is i will let you know of course.

There are rumours about other countries starting to agree on talking about legalization, a friend of mine who lives in another country told me that his governemnt is taking the issue to decision of legalization at the end of this year, untill i am sure and hear the news from him i can´t say where that is.

For europe besides swiss i dont believe any country is okay with growing pot, the only country that pops up in mind uruguay.

But if you are like me, just grow secretly and hope for the best !

And about what you say, i dont think someone is waiting for anyones help without knowing him or her, i´d start and learn from mistakes thats the best way to learn.

The internet is full of information regarding pot, and youtube is a help as well for the new technics and journals, besides the forum you will know more then just clip buds all day long or doing the crappy work for others, that is how i see it, but that´s just me.
