About your question, yes you can nurse her back but what is the point?Your plant got a heavy Ph problem created from many factors and deficiency(usually you start with one problem and it spread to create new ones)Let's say for fun sake you nurse her back, that will take a long time and im willing to bet she will take a month to get back.In that month you could have grown and veg a plant for 3 weeks and used one week for flowering leaving you with only a month of setback.If you how ever choose to bring her back my first advice would be flush her in Ph controlled water and then start light feed her with what ever you got and hope for the best.As with real life, symptoms should be treated at the first signs of problem. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, im sure that if you want you can bring her back and my advice is only what i would have done.Their is plenty of good growers that prob would keep her and bring her back but im not that type.
