Hi hunters

DAY 50

Today during water change plant was lowered to allow more height as

she had reached the top, height from last registered maesurement 50cm

and today she is 75cm 9 days growth, after looking back it seems to be

about 20 days stretching so hopefully this will slow down soon i not i

have a light problem i need more.

Flowers are still forming not as fast as i hoped, a good trim round the

bottom will be done when the stretch is over, there is no light of any

power penertrating down that far, a bit od very ligth lst will be done

over the next few days.

Feed now 4.5g/10l, ph is now much easier to keep stable with res

attached which is now different shape to allow for lowerig plant.

(edit) Over the last 7 days she has drunk almost 13l.

RH 40-55%

Temps 26 lights on 20 lights off still under 18/6 light schedule.

Cant seem to get a good pic of any flower yet, but i will post as

soon as i can get one.

Thx for stopping by

PEACE

Hi hunters

DAY 57

Improvement to room, i added a 250w hps powered by a sunmaster switchable ballast

which should sort out any lighting probs i had in there. (DAY 55 first full day)

Now she has finished stretching i have taken some growth off from the bottom, she

now stands 77cm tall and the tops of the branches have been pulled slightly into more

suitable positions, around DAY 53.

Feed has been increased to 5g/10l today, last weeks consuption of water was about 15l

which i think is amazing.

PH is steady at around 6 last week hope it continues.

RH has dropped during the day since adding the new light to sometimes 15%, maybe

because carbon filter is now at the top to help with temps.

Temp 26-27c max, min down to 17.3c will have to go up, working on that.

We have come to the end of this update, flowering stage is under way and things are

looking good.

Enjoy the pics and again sry about quality

PEACE

Hi hunters

DAY 63

She is now flowering nicely, the four main tops have been pulled towards

the corners to allow more light to get thru, shouldnt stress her to much as

it was done gradually. Not sure whether or not to taken any more of the

smaller growth from the bottom.

i think feeding is going ok althought they do look like a bit N tox is there,

suggestions on how to deal with it in dwc.

PH 6 one fall during week but not much.

RH is up and down luckerly high is 49 so is ok but has been down during

lights on to 20%.

Thats it for now enjoy the pics.

PEACE

Hi hunters.

DAY 71

THX for the comments, microscope i got was a cheap usb type 20-200x, from ebay.

This week i have brought an EC and PH meter and also some pk 13/14.

i am now feeding her at 1.2 ec which is 3g pf and 10ml of pk 13/14 in 10l of water

at 6.2-6.4 ph, the feed for next week is going to be higher at around 1.4-1.5 ec

with no pk back to just powder feed.

Night time temps are an issue at the moment down to 16.5c, i have a heat mat down

near the root bucket to keep that area warmish so not to worried.

Everything else is running fine even RH is within range at the low night temps.

Now to the plant, it seems she has developed some yellowing at the top, not sure if

a deficence or light burn which is quite possible cause she is running out of space,

could do with some help on this one guys please.

PEACE hunters

more pics to come later in the next few hrs

She will be feed for about another week the i will start to

flush her, i like 14 days and with this one will certainly hold out

that long.

For now here is 5 macros other pics in a while

Thx bros, i will wait as impatient as i am.

I have enjoyed this grow as little as it maybe, with the

alteration to the DWC i think i have come up with a more

manageable system (for me anyway), i have one more

thing to add to help me control water tempeture in the

warmer months, will let you know how that goes.

PEACE

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
