Yes and no.

 

Yes, should be a copyright for breeders who work hard, can exhibit their work without fear of copying them. The copy of genetic is a problem.

 

No, marijuana is free and as such should remain free.

 

But that copyright should be a respect rule, each bank believes its varieties and no one can copy them to later sell them. Respect for the breeders to the breeders.

 

It's just my personal opinion. Actualemte, at least in Europe, there is no right to patent a plant variety Marijuana, is not Legal.
