Straight forward and simple. What does a CFL dual spectrum 2800/6400, 125w give me in ratio to plant and room size? Cheers :-)

if you already have th bulb go with around 50x50cm and 4-16plants 4-14days of veg...

IF NOT

buy Cree cxa3070, you can put it together with really little effort and under 100€. without the lense go with 80x80cm and SOG; 16-25 plants. or one plant with 1month training into ScrOG.
