Hey thought I would find a new home to document my new grow. First time with DWC or any form of hydroponics. I have a few years experience growing cannabis so I am not a total newbie.

My setup:

250Watt HPS

DRS60 Tent (60x60x140)

20litre DWC Bucket

Small Haelia Air Pump & Airstone

4inch Fan & Filter

Small Tower Fan

Advanced Nutrients Micro, Grow, Bloom

Day 15 Veg

Currently feeding 1/4 strength nutrients.

Battling to keep water temps in an acceptable range. Temps are fluctuating between 21-25.

I have included an quick pic sorry about the HPS, I will try for some better pics once things get more interesting.

Would be great if anybody could help identify what pheno traits it might leaning towards. I am saying more lemon skunk because of the wider leaf shape.

Thanks for looking

Quick update.
Everything seems good so far. New roots are nice and white now I have my temps a bit closer to 19c. Just ordered a little h2o2 to clean up the old browner roots.

Still feeding at 1/4 strength nutes.

Noticed a calcium deficiency so added some calcium and Epsom salts.

I also pinched out the growing tip. As I am growing one plant I need get this baby as bushy as possible using LST and FIM/Topping. Also have to watch out for the limited head space I have. Should be fine if I careful and clever with the bending.

A new quick snap at day 17, enjoy!!

Theanks for sharing your grow with us man!Hope it will turn out as planned for you or even better ;)

For the moment she sure looks like a strong lady with short internoedal length, it does seems you have the more indica pheno of the SLH, you should wait a little bit more like 2 3 stage of leaves to see how they develop while growing and what shape they take. But the indica one is a nice one, nice buds and resin, a not as stretchy as the others normally. you should find a few reports on the forum with the SLH ;)

Have a good grow keep us updated

Quick update. Happy with the growth so far, still a way to go until it fills out sufficiently. Got some yoyo grow ties and a 6 inch clip on fan. Just waiting on an intake fan being delivered. This should bring my room temps closer to 27c and in turn knock down my res temps down a further degree or two.

Ok everything seems good. A little under feeding maybe but have ramped that up. I have now switched over to flowering, growth has been amazing over the last week and I think it has filled out sufficiently to fill the space after the stretch is over. I have run out of yo yo ties do will be getting some more. It's great how the plant has filled out and is barely any taller than when it started out life!

So here is another pic.

Another week another update!

Not stretching too much, so it might not quite fill the tent.

Root rot has took hold again so I have purchased a new air pump, gone from around 1.6l/m to currently 7l/m with capacity to go up to 14l/m!! This has brought my temps down in the res, so hopefully the added oxygen and the slight lowering of temps, now 18-20c, will curb the rot from setting in. I have given it a dose of Liquid Oxygen (11% h2o2).

Anyway here is he pic!

Well it's update time.

Not much going on, stretch has kicked in and it has filled out nicely. Still waiting on flowers showing up.

I have started to add a little bit of silicon.

Since adding the new pump the roots are much happier and are starting to get more of that fishbone effect.

Well another week has gone by! I am extremely happy with the growth of the flowers.

I made a mistake and over fertilised but corrected with an hour, so little damage occurred. I am surprised by how quickly the plant reacts to mistakes in hydro.

Stretch seems to be still going on but I should still have enough head room.

Update Time!

Flowers getting slightly larger and just starting to pump out some trichs!

Not really changed much or had to do anything this past week.

Stretch is just about over. It has easily stretched 3 times its veg height (start of 12/12) Although it may have only doubled from when the real stretch kicked in.

Thanks for the kind words.

Dust, just a few lower leaves yellowed and dropped off, plus some slight yellowing in the new growth. You are right nothing major and was easily corrected. I seem to be swinging from slight over feeding and slight under feeding. Need to get that EC stick, just money is tight. It's not causing major issues with the plant more with me knowing it's not a fine tuned system.
