Fighting with Bugs

It works, maybe not in particular for caterpillar, but ladybugs are often used for pest invasion and some of the spiders as well, there are some spiders that are used as well to fight other insects, for caterpille i would put more a bird hehe ;)

My experience with caterpillars is that the best eradication is ME.

Removing all the plants from the grow tent, completely cleaning-out the tent, rinsing the clay-ball medium, spraying the tent surfaces with a mild pesticide(not the plants).  While the plants are outside the tent, actually picking the caterpillers off and throwing them out to the birds or into the composters.  Then spraying Neem oil solution onto the plants (underside of leaves too), and also onto the surface of the grow mediums(yes, I am employing a hybrid-method of the ebb and flow flower room).  The critters are good at hiding, so you might need to perform the out-of-tent picking 2, 3 or 4 times before putting the plants back in the tent.

This method of caterpillar riddance should work OK for small tent grows, but if you are running several square meters growth, it can be quite labor-intensive.

Best of all is prevention up-front.  -->  Don't bring plants from the outside into the indoor grow areas.  (That's how I got my infestation.)  Also don't allow household pets into the grow room or areas.

I really dislike caterpillars.  They leave disgusting little brown/black presents behind, embedded many times in the flowers.  Yuk!  Not fun.
