I'm new here and I got a questions

1. Growing cannabis is illegal in Holand, so where do they get stuff from?

2. I heard coffee shops can sell only 500 grams on mounth, I don't know is it true but if is, where is the sense? When u sell 1 gram for ~15 euros it's 500 x 15 = 7500 approximately but u must pay for premises (local), employee and all rest. So coffee shops sell more than 500 gram unofficial? Who controls that?

1: It's a grey zone where they have to get the Cannabis illegal. Coffeshops have independent growers as well as regular growers doing the work for them. They also have connection with smugglers that bring it in by sea and land(mostly sea)
"The front door is open, but the backdoor is illegal."

2: 500g is maximum what they can have any given time within a Coffeshop. So in theory they can sell how much they want as long they do not have more than 500g in store. Cookies and pastries counts as well. So if they for an example have a jar with Cannabis cookies they will have to list how much cannabis is in that cookie and subtract that amount from those legal 500g.

When a Coffeshop is about to run dry from Cannabis they just make a call to a "runner" who in turn will fetch what ever they need in a so called "stash" houses.

I hope this will answer your question?

the 15 euro´s you took for your calculation isnt correct, prices start from 7,50 per gram or so, depending on the type of ganja.

hasjies starts about the same pricerange, the grey area the dutch coffeeshops are suffering under are ridiculous indeed.

The same as for clones, they are illegal as well, they even count clones as the plant with or without buds ...its like the twilightzone, no one with a set of brain understands shit about the way to dutch government make the rules.

There is an advice from a thirth party saying the dutch government needs to be more clear on this issue, from time to time the rules have been more stricked then before, unfortunately for some reason they don´t care what the people want or need.
