Another US state legalized the sale and smoking of marijuana 07.02.2015 8:18 The government of the US state of Oregon passed a law on the legalization of marijuana as a preventive measure in its territory, said on Wednesday the British newspaper "The Guardian". Thus, Oregon became the fourth US state that dekryminalizuvav use this plant for personal use. The law provides for the right of persons over 21 years in storage two grams of the drug, but its outdoor smoking is still allowed. Since the beginning of next year marijuana can be bought in special stores. Thus the federal marijuana remains illegal. Earlier, similar measures were taken in Alaska, Colorado and Washington. It is expected that by 2016 the prophylactic use of marijuana will be legalized in Arizona, California, Massachusetts and Nevada.
