Nutes....an couple questions

I'm about to start my first grow, I've assisted on someone else's before. This well be my first alone though...

room is 12x12 (foot), Nine 1000 watt HPS

Well supplement CO2.

1. What's a basic nute to start with ?

2. Was gonna use ProMix... any thoughts?

I was thinking about using GHSC Powder Feed, the grows I've assisted with use Heavy 16, but I don't care for the way they run them, no monitoring EC...

use the powder !! try it on half....other half whatever....do a test !
