Hello i need help on how to become an master grower and how to get a job in this field of work what do you think i should do to do so ?

Any help would be much appreacted 

i have already complete some online course and am enrolling on to an horticulture course  but want to do more ,what do people think

Hi bud. That's a question we see often in forums. And the best tip, perhaps the only tip.
You need a good rep. Cannabis and working with it does not require good grades or a fancy education. Sure it will help because education can never be wrong. What really matters is contacts and a good rep.
Grow companies have trade secrets and protected genetics. They will only take in trusted people.

Sometime trust goes before education...
So what i would do...
Sign up to more than one forum. Keep 3-4 forums active with your nice bud porn and a proper grow diary.
Let people know that you can grow and show them proof by a thorough explained diary.

You should also be active with helping growers with their Cannabis deficiency and problems. This way you will show your talents in more than one way and that you have the skills not only to grow but also the "know how" when a problem occur.
Usually building a rep takes years. Your best bet for Cannabis work would be USA.
I know there is a lot of dispens owners and growers that do need a extra set of hands.

But as i said, get that rep up. Grow many nice looking plants and share your love for the weed. And remember, building a rep is as time consuming as growing plants. Keep doing what you love and then the rest will follow.

Purpose of Strain Hunters

Our planet is home to millions of species of animal and plants with their own habitat, and each plays a unique role in the perfect design of nature. Unfortunately many species of plants and animals are victim of uncontrolled human development. The sole intent of Strain Hunters is to identify, locate and retrieve cannabis landraces that have not yet been studied, in order to give scientists and doctors the possibility to further enhance knowledge of the cannabis plant in the medicinal field.


Preservation of Landraces

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.

Cannabis should not be illegal


One of the goals of the United Nations, published years ago in official reports, was to wipe out the cannabis plant from the face of the earth by the year 2010. In reality this is far from being achieved, because man keeps using the cannabis plant for religious, medicinal and recreational purposes no matter what the law says. But in the economy of scale, where demand dictates supply, the poorest people of the planet have no choice but to cultivate cannabis as a cash crop to feed their children and send them to school. Communities that are isolated in remote areas in the poorest regions of the planet are often the keepers of very special landraces.
