Hello all, i need to ask you some questions since still a rookie on this.
i had some O.G Kush seeds this year to plant.
i gave one to a friend and he and me germinated them at the same time, which was about mid May.
My first plants were cut down so i had to grow some new ones at bout early/mid july.
My friends plant is now looking very good, about 1 meter + height and buds forming everywhere.
My plant on the other hand is like 50 cm tall (which is logical due to 2 months less growing)
but i dont see any buds forming or anything.i thought that even if started growing it at mid summer it would still produce buds just not as big as it should have.
is it gonna grow any bud or should i just terminate it ?
i am talking about outdoor grow ofc.
my plant receives dayling almost throughout the entire day and temperatures are from 20-25 at night to 30-35 Celcius during the day..
i have used some organic fertiliser a couple of times too, in case that is relevant.
i also didnt water it very often due to hard accesibility to where the grow was, maybe once per week..
thanx in advance :)

ah, i got what u mean. i got preflower in my plants as u can see.(well u need to try cause the pics are a bit blury)
both of them female as expected (feminized seeds)..
to my knowledge when the plant shows its sex its ready to flower right ?
but they are not flowering at all.
they should have buds by now or at least started producing them..
catalog says harvest month is october,7-9 weeks flower time.

Daily Stoner,

Take a look at your fertilizer.  Look at the N-P-K ratio.  If it is high in Nitrogen, then it is intended for the vegetative Phase of growth.

I see that your outdoor grow is "outdoor in a pot", a seemingly small pot, and that may be one of the contributing factors that keeps your plant smaller than your friend's plant.  Being that the plant is in a pot makes the watering a bit more critical an issue.

Be sure to allow the rootball to dry a little bit between waterings.  MJ doesn't like wet feet, and it Needs oyxgen at the roots.  If the roots are not allowed to breath between waterings, then root rot could set in.

If your fertilizer is a high Nitrogen, but you want to encourage flowers, I suggest changing the fertilizer over to a flowering fertilizer, one that is higher in P and K components.  But to do this, you should help to rid the plant and the soil of the excessive Nitrogen and salt build-up by performing a flush (water the plant once with 3-times the volume of the pot using just plain water without fertilizer), allow a few days for the soil to dry again, then resume feeding with the new flowering fertilizer.  This should help to encourage the flowers to occur in greater numbers and size.  As always, be careful not to overfertilize.

Good Luck.
