terpene profiles

3 posts in this topic

Franco this question is directed at you; awile back i was asking about terpenes and the "limb buzzing"

issue and how it relates to terpenes.

things came up and i was busy and so were you. well now a new server and site and still i have the same question since you are about the only people working with mass spec gear.

i had a discussion with someone from hemp.org today at the local garden center and this topic came up.

of couse me being a scientist did as well and who knows maybe there is work for me with that group, but i feel i may be reinventing the wheel.

can you pm me with some data or post any papers for review?

the people i'm speaking with are some of the same people you are working with, but my desires are self serving since i suffer neuropathic issues and use cannabis to control them.

i don't know if you answered me back since i can't access my old account here.

get at me thru here or i'm sure we will be meeting some day to discuss it face to face.

i'll try you after the new year if i don't hear from you.

regards

brok lee

Hi Brok Lee!

I am now beginning a new terpene study, and my lab is really busy with it.

We are going to analyze the terpene profiles of all our strains at different stages of flowering.

The study will be completed in April 2010, and as soon as I have the final results I will disclose more info on regard.

;-)

keep it green

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
