Advanced nutrients liquid carboload

My shop gave me a bottle of advanced nutrients liquid carboload but on side of bottle it says to use along side piranha and tirantula! Do you need to or can you use it on its own I didn't realise till I got home and it's a bit of a journey back to shop to ask plus I don't trust his advice if anyone can help would be great.

Found my answer I think. I'm changing my base nutrients to bio bizz as advanced nutrients sensi ph perfect isn't working great for me as I'm using tap water and it's better off for RO. Gonna use bio bizz grow and bloom and advanced big bud and liquid carboload.
