Cannabis Oil & Steroid tablets for brain cancer

I've convinced my Mum to try Cannabis Oil to see if it can do anything to help with her brain cancer (travelled from her existing, slow growing lung and liver cancer) but she is currently taking Dexamethasone (2mg) which has helped hugely with her brain function (speaking, concentrating, anxiety etc.) so reluctant to stop them. Does anyone have experience in taking both and are there any dangers/side effects? Cheers.

Did you get any answer about taking both dexamethason and cannabis oil.I have my mom with glioblastoma and i want her to start taking cannabis oil?
