I am  representing Chris Turner  Who is an expert on Afghanistan. Attached please find  News article  as well as a link to the film that he made while in Afghanistan. He is ready to go back on an expedition for strain hunters.   Please reply back to me at your earliest convenience and I will pass the information along to Chris.

Please watch attached film. This film was shot in Afghanistan. Chris Turner is going back to shoot additional footage for our film. We would love to allow Strain Hunters accompany us as we travel to one of the most dangerous and one of the finest places for premium seeds, hash and cannabis.

Great idea! I suggested exactly this in a thread i created a few yrs back. You could scroll down the 'future destination page' and find it. Unfortunately we seem to be dealing with heavy stoners on this forum however so things doesn't move fast. I rather be around drug users than drug abusers :) but im still keeping my hopes up though. Would love to see an Afghan hunting trip. And Chris seems like a really cool guy too. Would happily share a bowl with him and say salam alaykum!

Noor. Thank you for your response. I am new to this  website, so I don't understand  how it works or who reads it. Chris turner is returning to Afghanistan, he would be delighted to allow strain hunters to accompany him. The cost of the expedition would be mostly underwritten by Mr. Turner. If anybody is out there who makes decisions  is interested, please respond at your earliest convenience.

I suggest u pm someone who's admin on the page. You got a unique contact and very valuable asset for an expedition to Afghanistan. I'm sure the strainhunters team would be interested in this. However, I'm not sure whether they're so active on this forum. Try other social media. Franco got a facebook page for instance. Don't think these arrangements are made in public - for obvious reasons. If strainhunters ain't down with this I'm sure someone else in the cannabis community would. With Chris and his network available this expedition could become epic. But with all due respect, his documentary was kind of rudimentary. Yet I loved it. But bring a professional film crew this time!

Purpose of Strain Hunters

Our planet is home to millions of species of animal and plants with their own habitat, and each plays a unique role in the perfect design of nature. Unfortunately many species of plants and animals are victim of uncontrolled human development. The sole intent of Strain Hunters is to identify, locate and retrieve cannabis landraces that have not yet been studied, in order to give scientists and doctors the possibility to further enhance knowledge of the cannabis plant in the medicinal field.


Preservation of Landraces

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.

Cannabis should not be illegal


One of the goals of the United Nations, published years ago in official reports, was to wipe out the cannabis plant from the face of the earth by the year 2010. In reality this is far from being achieved, because man keeps using the cannabis plant for religious, medicinal and recreational purposes no matter what the law says. Most cultures cannot comprehend how a plant can be made illegal. In most people’s perception, plants and animals stand above a status of legality or illegality, they just exist in a higher design of nature that goes beyond human laws and regulations.

Nevertheless most governments of cannabis- producing countries are implementing drastic measures to destroy crops. Dangerous chemicals are sprayed over fields and over the farmers themselves in most of the third world countries, and the poorest people of the planet are the ones paying the highest price for cultivating a plant that does not kill. But in the economy of scale, where demand dictates supply, the poorest people of the planet have no choice but to cultivate cannabis as a cash crop to feed their children and send them to school. Communities that are isolated in remote areas in the poorest regions of the planet are often the keepers of very special landraces.
