My apologies man, only saw now outdoor..

its your soil your plants can't access the nutrients they need and oxygen so the new growth is taking nutrients from the other growth.

try transplanting it in some nutrient rich soil and let's take it from there.

different countries have different brands but there are very nice organic mixtures on the market. The most expensive one isn't always the Best one. Ph should be in the region of 6-7. When you water your plants your nutrient mix should also be in that range.
