  1. Hi, i'm from Uruguay. I suffer from chronic back pain, pills make go lazy and i need to sleep A LOT apart from other secondary effects like headaches and vomits. So I started to use marijuana and my pain level reduced. But here in Uruguay marijuana is illegal and street marijuana is mix with chemicals and it's not natural and doesn't have a medical effect. I can't grow, so i can't use this wonderful medicine. Next year i'm planning to go to a country that i can ask for a serious marijuana medical treatment because my pain level is growing. So where can i go?
  2. Thanksssss! we're really happy, but we're waiting for the weed for dispensaries, we'll buy weed from Netherlands i think
  3. Sometimes there is some that has more weed but the taste of ammonia takes all weed taste away, and trust me if you have the chance to smoke it don't do it, it's like a cigarette
  4. thanks for your posts! Thanks for everything, this forum is amazing!
  5. Hi, here in the south part of South America growing marihuana is illegal so, marihuana is sold in the streets. But they don't sell real marihuana. They sell a thing that is called "prensado" that's made pressing a little bit of marihuana with marihuana leaves, other leaves, wood, seeds, and they preserve it with ammonia, tar, Raid (insect killer) or peeing on it. That's what most of the people buy here in the south part of South America, there isn't real flowers for sale. Personal consume is legal but growing it is illegal so people that can't grow marihuana are force to consume "presado". I attach photos of "prensado"

  7. Hi to everyonee! I'm Bruno, from Uruguay. I'm 18 years old, and I'm a fan of Green House. I'm new here in the forum! Here, in Uruguay, cannabis growing is illegal but i've grown outdoors, and at the time i'm growing indoors i attach a photo of my plants. I'm in my last year of high school and next year I'll do everything I need to move to Europe, preferably Netherlands, and start working at Green House, it has been my dream since I started growing. Growing is my passion, blessings to everyone!

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
