  1. NICE LOOKIN PLANTS GUY.....2 QUESTIONS....#1....HOW MANY WATTS PER LITE AND #2....HOW HOT DO THOSE LITES GET THE ROOM WITHOUT FORCED VENTILLATION ON YOUR SHADES?
  2. I AM JEALOUS! P.B.
  3. those look awsome......would love to know how much your dry harvest is?
  4. is your system a aeroponic?
  5. say im growing 12 indicas indoors..............how many crops will i get out of a 1 litre bottle of overdrive.........i;m kind of trying to figure out how much im liable to be spending on nutrients?...........do you use any other nutrients besids overdrive?
  6. i am gonna use advanced as well on about 6 to 8 plants as well...............in what quantities or container sizes did you buy..............i have been wondering how much to buy........gallon jugs or quart size...............what sizes did you buy and for how many plants per harvest?
  7. thanks man i appreciate the encouragement...........i bought my lights, fan and filter today........now i can start putting the closet together.........i know there is gonna be a learning curve once i get started growing but if i do like Jorge Cervantes says.......plan before you plant........i will no doubt soften that learning curve a great deal.............everybody on this website has been awsome when it comes to answering all my questions.........i cant go wrong here that is for sure.................AGAIN.....THANKS PEOPLE......YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME!!!!!!!
  8. go to the attitude seed bank.......they will ship to the us any way you want them to ship it............they are reputable and a direct broker of the greenhouse seed guys............and you can get some cool mixed packs of green house seeds and color coded and coated but only if you buy the mixed pack......packaged and sealed by greenhouse seed....then you can be real sure they are the real deal...........they are the only ones doing that i think with the coating and coloring
  9. what does it all mean?
  10. when growing in soil do you watch the ph and ec like you do in hydro gardens?
  11. are the more expensive halide or hps bulbs like the hortilux ....sun master....and or solar max.............are they worth paying extra for?
  12. each lite close to each other or close to the plants.............i will be using 2 ...600 watt ballasts and lamps............do you think 1200 watts of metal halide will be too much to germinate and veg with.......because the ballasts also convert to 400 watt so i have many wattage combinations to work with..............1-400 watt or 2-400 watt and the same at 600 watt.............if this was your room how would you lite it for germ and vegging?
  13. thanks man.....i am hoping to start with pineapple chunk or white russian....i am going to veg in this same room............is 1200 wats to much metal halide for seedlings...i feel like with that much wattage i can probably leave the lites up close to the cieling in the veg and bud stage......what do you think?
  14. and how much is too much or overkill my closet is 5ftx6ftx8ft................and while im on the subject would 1200 watts of hps be way too much bud lite or not........i need some educated opinoins folks...i'm fixing to invest in my lites and i dont really want to do it twice...........all little pearls of wisdom will be very appreciated..PEACE OUT
  15. i would keep them on bud lites until the expected bud time is reached and you see good crystal production........as for the height if the get too tall tie them over to finish them out...........next time dont veg them to long at all

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
