I have to leave my flowering plants unattended for a few weeks. Light and water are set up, but I don't know if when I return in 5 weeks I will have let them go too long, and missed the window for optimal harvest. Will these buds lose potency if I give them 5 more weeks, or will they just keep getting better? History: Chaotic grow but strong plants . 2 females germed from old AK47 seed. In soil, vegged about 10 weeks under cfl, then switched to flower Jan 1 (~10 wks ago). and upgraded to quantum board LED. Light burn was a problem as I am new to indoor, but I caught it just in time. Also probably overdid it with bloom nutrients. Light green plant (L) took longer to recover and with red veins and stems probably has nutrient issues. On the other hand, the structure is really nice. Dark green (D) is healthier and bushier, and about 2 weeks ahead in development. Topping and LST were effective but I started too late. The dark green plant has a few buds with a range of 20- 40% orange pistils or stigma or whatever, and the light green has 10-20% max. Calyxes don't seem swollen-- should i expect them to swell? What do you think? Gracias

Hi people! Hope you're all doing great. So a couple of months ago I started my first grow of an AutoBomb (64 days) indoor. I've been using a LED panel of 120w (3w leds). Now I think it's close to harvest time. I would like to hear your opinion about it. Probably you'll se the plant and think that it has some weeks till harverst but I'm lacking of time because I'm travelling so I have aproximately 6 days left, maybe 7... Here goes the pictures: So I've been using both Feeding Powder Growing and Short flowering during this grow. Ultimately I've prepared a banana tea with some honey for that extra potasium and sugars boost to increase the buds weight and I'm planning doing it again today. Some thing that concerns me are the size of this buds, altought they are distributed all over the plant they are quite small. Finally, I don't know what caused the purple leaves on the cup of the plant (excuse my english, it's not my first language so I dont know some terminology). Keep doing well!!

Hello to the great GH community! I will make this quick and to the point for you. Been around this industry now for roughly 26 years. Have tried many many applications with varied results. Desert Grows using Palm Leaves as shading and bones, scorpions and local cactus for nutrient teas with sand medium to Indoor fully controlled environments. I dig them all! I currently have an unknown landrace Sativa that i discovered up in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Sonora / Sinaloa Mexico. I have been growing her for almost 3 years now with 20 grows. This is my 21st session with her at the moment which started with organic soil from Guadalajara Mexico and transitioned into an indoor Ebb n' Flo controlled environment with major training. FIM, Topped, Scrog, Super crop, de-scrog, tied and under canopy lighting. Will post more on a journal for all to enjoy, critique, comment or just learn from. I also have an account on GrassCity Forums (MultiTech) should anyone feel the urge to read up on my outing there as well. I am very excited to be a part of this great community and will be looking forward to others, nubez to tradesman, grows, techniques, questions and commentary. Saludos a Todos! -MultiTech

HELP HELP HELP!! I've got issues with my babies, a couple of the buds are drying on the plant, I can pick it off and crumble it in my hands! My environment and nutes are as follows: Medium: soil Temps: 32c day 28c night - can't get the temps down!! Humidity: 40-60% - again, can't get it down (got a dehumidifier)!! Nutes: bio bizz grow & bloom, pk 9/18, h&g bud xl, Fulvic. Day: 45 This is my first soil grow, I had to do it as I couldn't keep the temps down in my nute tank.. Being a summer grow, I've had heat and humidity issues, with the buds looking airy. I don't think it's bud rot, as I've seen that before and it looks nothing like what I've got going on here (unless it's a different type I've never seen before!), I think the problem is over fertilisation, but would like a second opinion and some help fixing the problem if it can be fixed!! I was about to start the flushing process today when I noticed the problem. I'm thinking to flush with a flush rather than plain water, then hope for best. Unless someone thinks that it may be something and has a different possible solution to my troubles The first pic is the problem bud and the second is a normal one. Thanks in advance guys!!

Just wanted to share a couple of pictures of my first indoor low-budget grow, primarily an experiment to observe and learn. Grown in soil.

Ok so I harvested my pure kush about 36 hours ago. This morning I noticed a white powdery substance on some of the trim leaves that were drying in a paper bag. I inspected my hanging buds and noticed the same thing on some of the sugar leaves left on the bud that didn't get trimmed completely. I'm almost positive this is powdery mildew. It isn't everywhere by far and seems to be isolated (visibly anyways) to some of the leaves that were more dead..the green healthy leaves are untouched. I've checked under my led micro and it seems isolated so far. I've trimmed off ALL leaves on the hanging buds..and I have the fan on and humidity is and has been 45% in the drying room. Are they done for? I really hope I don't have to toss the plant I've ready something about dipping them in hydrogen peroxide solution..a mild one...any thoughts? I would really appreciate help thanks guys!
