Here for example i can get about 3 years of prison, but also possible without real sending me in real prison if they don't have possibily prove drug sales. With drug sales can be 5-7 years real prison but in mostly case more less real time in prison. Also here not only regular police can waste my drugs but in last year's i don't have problem with it. Regular police also bit stupid here as for me in mostly case. But in some day can be a problem anyway. For administrative offense I must have very small amout of drugs more less than 5g. This is rulles also bit stupid because you can`t grow 4 g of marijuana in mostly case. you can only buy this quantity. But I not marijuana activist and for me all this is not so important. Also I think after marijuana is really hard living without it, most like is not possible fix this problem tottaly, just only maybe if you have some different life after.
