I made some update and now thus knife like new.

Today i made this form ball but closer to end handle was gone and i will continue tomorrow with it. Steel is enough hard even without hardening. I think carbon content here is not very high, but steel not empty and have some strong in this case.

 

Looks like good material for knife but final result i will know later.

I will try give bit more temperature on hardening in this case. I think in the end it is will some close to Finland knife in size, just Finland knife cutting with carbides almost, and this knife will be like with more strong steel but carbides quality will be different, now i can talk about final result for sure, here maybe need high temperature on hardening and for me it is not always working good and quality of carbides will be more low in this case but steel is more strong. I don't want try cut from here piece of metal even if steel unhardened.

Bit strange results after trying create test hole on maximum power. But price was low and i anyway need it only for small working. But i think real quality of this weld is very low same like price. Maybe i don't understand something or don't know but no other results here now.

 

I think here now many proposition in shops with almost same result just on this weld price is maximum low in this category.

I decided finish this knife just for cut test and i think it is best cut from my forge now, but of course it is only half knife and with bad shape. This steel not for manual forge.

Today i found this. But here is many cutting, blacksmith working and i don't have good idea on something from this. And i don't take.

It is 'ді90мп' steel. I think this steel produced in Ukraine. For example 'х12мф' steel now producing only Russia how i think. Even if i need some low cost inox knife i don't have possibility buy this steel. But this 'ді90мп' steel also cost not many maybe on 30% more and cutting possibility here maybe 3-6 time better. Cpm 10v cost 2 time more than 'ді90мп', but here hardening in water and i no need more very good and high cost knifes now. To this 'ді90мп' need some blacksmith working. Now i not sure what will be in final.

Good support for storing irrigation hose or electric cable in a wall but the same for your case is not worth bro

this is just flat piece of metal, not for storing irrigation hose. maybe only with some adds but here is a lot of weight and I don`t have good possibility and time on all it. I don`t sure about finishing knife from "ді90мп" steel in this year. soon here will be  many working with grape. I hope finish knife from ball, now this knife with handle but I all time want change shape bit. Also I want open weld machine maybe I can do some update in this case with additional parts to enter of electricity inside but now I can`t be sure about it I still don`t know what exactly inside now. I have idea add more capacitors or replace it on more powerful. THis is best what i can try in this case. In theory it is must make working more stabile.

You are right maybe it is too much weight for a wall but the disk that is not flat has depth just I have to change the rear discs to my car and the new ones are almost the same as you show

Some update. Now all working but anyway not great. But for sure better than before.

Today i made some quantity of dry hash from very soft local sativa. In this year good possibility for this. This knife will be done bit later also.

Finally this knife from crio hardened elmax steel is done. Cut with out big carbides but knife anyway pretty sharp

This knife now also done.

 

Now I have some big project with updates to welding machine. I think I will continue it here on english.

I am bit tired from people on this forum, most part of this peoples or stupid losers with pc or welding machine dealer and I don`t see any reason for myself continue writting on this forum.

 

Now I do some test with induction coils and this project go to finish almost.

 

Now I not drinking wines many time I decide other problems.

I have now all this for some test of induction coils maybe now here is nothing very interesting but I will write about updating this welding machine

 

 

This is clear signal from welding machine without any coils

 

 

THis is with one layer coil on peace of "ді90мп" steel. this steel contain big amount of Si (~2%) and it is good for induction

If ring on other side of coil on tube, I think few volts more less in this case in power, just from replasing on other side same coil. here 1:10 volts demetions on screen. Of coure I cant be absolutely sure about this, but now like this. Vpp on screen almost same like regulars volts on multimeter.

I made many different thing with this welding machine some of this was correct some is not so But some time results is interesting.

 

Last time I was added more capasitors in some other place in welding machine 

 

 

From 4 to 8 and 36,7 mkf totally. my multimeter show 36mkf in this case. I using smoothing iron like resistance on exit from welding machine it is take some power and show how all working when electricity is go on resistance on exit. Now signal on exit without resistance looks like this.

 

 

 

Before adding this capacitors was like this.

 

 

difference looks bit strange as for me but I am don`t know how this working and my opinion is not so important. just this big difference is here.

 

When I adding resistance on exit ~20 volts go to resistance and now all looks like this

So with resistance now working even more powerfull by volts and amplitude of signal. THis capasitors give some effects anyway. but in this case i not absolutely sure because here not all time 220volts some time more less, but without resistace diference is very big in visible amplitude.

I have some powerfull induction coil on ferite it is give some good flame, but I don`t know how many electricity can go with this powerfull coil, but flame on low power(<100W) looks nice

 

 

Without coils something like this is not possible.

Welding machine now working. I think in transformer enough ferrite for stabile working. But with coils also not bad. Here important operator working also.

Before welding was on 50-60 Amper, this welding on 110-120 Amper. But now electricity in house is gone. Some problem. Welding was with last coils. All this working bit crazy even pushing in hand from other side is possible.

this tests on different power, power swich working wrong way now but I will fix. Test on smalles power is also here. Now all this working very different then from start.

This how now looks all inside. Welding machine don't weigh much. But powerful i think is here now. I keep maximum power on factory level it is 130A. now just different in induction of coils, total power of transformator etc. From 220V AC, this welding machime create 65V DC for welding.

I made this for fixing problem with electricity. Working not great but maybe for one time will be enough.
