I loved the photo @R.G.S posted of his pet bird I used to own a Rosella Parakeet called Jim he died about a years ago he was about 22 years old I have sifted through old backups and found some images of Jim and a little Finch I found in the back yard a local cat had tried to catch it and in the process broke its left wing, so it spent what was left of its life having fun with Jim

With half of Tinys left wing missing there was no way I could release Tiny so Tiny lived out its last 18 months in comfort.

Es adorable la historia de tiny amigo @medidor de gas yo tengo que contarte otra y es que Chiky rosicolis ancestral que es como se llama mi agapornis hace poco murió su hembra una agapornis amarilla opalina de ojos rojos, sinceramente no se si el covid19 halla tenido que ver ya que la hembra la compre hace 5 años en una tienda pero realmente quizás tenía unos cuantos años más

The story of tiny friend @medidor de gas is adorable, I have to tell you another one and that is that Chiky ancestral rosicolis, which is what my lovebird is called, recently its female died an opaline yellow red-eyed lovebird, I honestly do not know if the covid19 has had  What to see since the female bought it 5 years ago in a store but really maybe she was a few years older

Al día siguiente tuve que ir a comprar una nueva amiga por que le añoraba mucho y no dejaba de llamarla

Ah i love this  pet post so much <3 @gasmeter Jim and tiny are quite the pair! Getting me right in the feels when he feeds tiny.  @R.G.S Your love birds are so beautiful    I'd love some colourful birds in the house but I don't think they would appreciate our strong feline climate. Lars and Polly wouldn't have it at all lol. When I found Lars I was scrolling looking for fancy cats like siamese and sphynx kitties and then I saw this pic of him and had to go get him. He was a very sick cat for a long time. Eventually though he improved and after a few years we thought it was time for him to have a friend and so we got Polly. Both came with their names and we felt weird changing them so they stuck. 

 

 

Lars at the shelter. He had allergies they couldn't pinpoint so he remained crated for 7 months before I came for him. His canines were extracted ( they were broken when he arrived at the shelter. they think he tried to eat something frozen and broke theme ). He had ibs and for over a year he would howl in pain when digesting food. Many vet trips. Worth it.

 

He's pretty chill now for the most part. I think his bones ache though from all the prednisolone we had to give him.

 

 

Polly also had some issues ( gingivitis) We had all but her bottom canines extracted and now she often gets her lip caught on the bottom tooth. 

 

 

 

This is the catiest cat to ever cat. 

 

 

 

 

No you cannot come into the grow room. Lars never does anyway but Polly will come in and lounge on the heating mats.

Something unusual happened recently and it is that an orange cat like Garfield was born and I have never had one with a hair color so it is very beautiful

@R.G.S Oh they are so cute! That Nona looks like a mouser if I've ever seen one. <3 And the ginger kitty is very pretty. I've never had an orange cat before, always wanted one.

They are mine but they live freely abroad and hunt a lot of mice on the mountain moles lizards then bring them home for me to eat, offering the care I give them, 🤣😂😜

 They are very kind but I do another diet

lmao they think you are a terrible cat and need taking care of <3 they must love you. Glad to know you're keeping clean   Growing up our cats would bring home a lot of different tiny animals, some dead, some nearly there. The worst though was when my cat Rocky brought home a not quite dead baby bunny. UGH. That one hurt the most.

@R.G.S tu Chiky y la hembra amarilla y la nueva hembra son hermosas. Veo que las dejaste salir de la jaula. Solía dejar la puerta de la jaula de Jim abierta todo el día y cerrarla por la noche. Corté un mango de cepillo y le hice una percha al lado de la jaula. ventana para poder mirar por la ventana y ver pasar el mundo. En sus últimos 12 a 18 meses de vida lo mantuve en su jaula porque se cansaría rápidamente y comenzó a estrellarse contra su jaula, no quería que se lastimara, así que gradualmente reduje su libertad y se adaptó a estar en Su jaula todo el tiempo parecía saber que había pasado volando y haciendo acrobacias voladoras.

your Chiky and the yellow female and the new female are beautiful I see you let them out of the cage I used to leave Jim's cage door open all day and close it at night I cut up a brush handle and made him a perch next to the window so he could look out of the window and watch the world go by.

In his last 12 to 18 months of life I kept him in his cage because he would get tired quickly and he started to crash land into his cage, I did not want him hurting himself so I gradually reduced him freedom and he adjusted to being in his cage all the time he seemed to know he was past swooping about and doing flying acrobatics.

I bet nona has had her share of mice she looks lovely and the little kitten is so cute

@Jenji you have done a great job with Lars he is a fine specimen and so is Polly she is like Percy all stripey like a little tiger she has a beautiful coat.

Gracias por contar la experiencia lo tendre en cuenta para cuando Chiky se haga mayor, de momento sigue haciendo piruetas en el aire cuando sale pero la nueva amiga aún tengo que adiestrarla con su ayuda

Thanks for telling the experience, I will keep it in mind for when Chiky gets older, for the moment she keeps doing pirouettes in the air when she comes out but the new friend I still have to train with her help

This is my nieces dog Mr B he is my little buddy and the boss in our house

He looks cute but he gets well rowdy and is always starting fights he is a Johnny big mouth and he loves eating especially anything I am eating.

@R.G.S Nona and her friend are precious! Do they snuggle much? Polly tries hard to snuggle with Lars and even though he likes her he has no idea how to socialize with other cats; Always turns into a scuffle lol. Sometimes though I'll catch them ALMOST snuggling together. Today didn't end in hisses

I have difficulties socializing male cats, they do not usually love each other a lot, it also depends on whether they are neutered and mine do not go through the vet, only if necessary

 Polly seems a bit mischievous you can see him in the eyes did not destroy you in the curtains?  Maybe he did break a plate, right?  😂 😂 😂

Tengo dificultades para socializar los gatos machos, no suelen quererse mucho también depende de si están castrados los míos no pasan por el veterinario, solamente en caso de necesidad 

Polly parece un poco travieso se le ve en la mirada no te hizo destrozos en las cortinas? Quizás si que rompió algún plato verdad? 😂 😂 😂

All last month little Mr B has been wearing his little devil coat for Halloween

In the morning he goes to the newsagents with my niece to buy a newspaper and all last month he wore his little devil coat, its been well quiet this year because of Covid-19 so there have not been any pickney knocking on the door looking for treats, so has not been as busy barking an getting all rowdy.

He has a shit load of little coats and outfits I am not sure what he will be sporting this month, but next month he will be wearing his little Elf jumper, he is one of Santa's little helpers.

Mr B has gone straight into training ready to help Santa and the other little Elves at Crismus
