Hello everyone this is my second grow from the Bubba Slush. The first one is unfortunately hermaphroditic during the flowering phase. Unlike my first attempt, I have chosen this time as medium coco coir. Simply to have more control.

Growroom: Secret Jardin HS100
Growlight : Marshydro TSW 2000 (vegetation phase 50% & flowering phase 90% power)
Two air circulating fans each 15 watt 22cm in diameter
Exhaust air system: DIY

Fertilizer : Plagron
Medium: Coco coir 65% & Perlite 35%
Manual watering until the dripping system arrives.

First, I soak the seed in chamomile tea for 24h. This has an anti-bacterial effect. Then I put the seed to germinate between moist paper towels. After less than 24 hours, the taproot appeared.

The first two weeks went off without a hitch. The first week there was only tap water. At the beginning of the second week I mixed a light fertilizer solution consisting of:
Coco A 0,5ml/l
Coco B 0,5ml/l
power roots 0,2ml/l
pure zyme 0,2ml/l

The Ec of the solution was 0.8 & the pH was 5.9.
I have about 250ml of nutrient solution every day.

At the start of the third week, the plant has been transplanted into a 3l airpot. When transplanting, I mixed in some Dynomyco Mycorrhizae. On the last day of the week I topped the lady. I also raised the sewing solution a little:

Coco A 0.8ml/l
Coco B 0,8ml/l
power roots 0,4ml/l
purezyme 0,4ml/l
sugar royal 0,2ml/l

EC value 1.0 & pH 5.9
I needed about 1.6l of the sewing solution to get a rinse out of 10%. The values of the rinse out are EC 1.1 & pH 6.2.

In the fourth week I gave 1.6l of nutrient solution every third day. In addition, I have adjusted the sewing solution again:

Coco A 1,5ml/l
Coco B 1,5ml/l
power roots 1ml/l
purezyme 1ml/l
sugar royal 0,5ml/l

EC 1.2 & pH 5.9

Rinse out: EC 1,0 & pH 6,2

At the beginning of the fifth week I adjusted the sewing solution again a little. Also, the interval has changed from three days of watering to two days. The amount of 1.6l has remained.

Coco A 2ml/l
Coco B 2ml/l
power roots 1ml/l
purezyme 1ml/l
sugar royal 0,5ml/l

EC 1.4 & pH 5.9

Rinse out: EC 1.0 & pH 6.2

Week six. First, I planted the plant in its final 19l fabric pot. When transplanting I stirred in some Dynomyco as I did the first time. The single shoots I tied down with hemp ropes to get more light to all leaves. The fertilizer solution remains for now at these values. I think another week until I initiate the bloom.

Coco A 2ml/l
Coco B 2ml/l
power roots 1ml/l
purezyme 1ml/l
sugar royal 0,5ml/l

EC 1.4 & pH 5.9

Rinse out: EC 1.1 & pH 6.1

Week seven. I have cut out the large sun sails so that all shoots get light. I think in a week I will switch to flowering. Depending on how she recovers. So far she makes me but a very good impression. I have not changed the nutrient solution.

Week eight
I have slightly adjusted the fertilizer solution because I had the impression that they want something more.

Coco A 2,4ml/l
Coco B 2,4ml/l
power roots 1ml/l
purezyme 1ml/l
sugar royal 0,8ml/l

EC 1.5 & pH 5.9

Rinse out: EC 1.1 & pH 6.0

Today is also the first day in the 12 hour cycle. Let's let them bloom.

Week nine

The first week of flowering is over. I have thinned out the bottom of the plant quite a bit to prevent popcorn buds and rot from too much moisture. The canopy will be thinned out again next weekend if necessary. First it should recover from any stress and go through the stretch in peace. The fertilizer solution remains unchanged. However, I have already tested the automatic watering system that I bought for a vacation. Seems to work quite well.

Week 10

The stretch has set in during the week. She has grown about 14 cm. The defoliation of the lower shoots she has also coped quite well. The first pistils can also be seen. So far she makes a very good impression on me.

To support the flowers and keep the individual shoots apart, I have stretched a net over the plant.
The fertilizer solution is still unchanged. She has no signs of deficiency.

Week 11

I hope the stretch is now really through. I can not go much higher with the lamp. Not that the buds and leaves still burn.

I have also adjusted the fertilizer solution somewhat:

Coco A 2.4ml/l
Coco B 2,4ml/l
purezyme 1ml/l
sugar royal 1ml/l

EC 1.6 & pH 5.9

Rinse out: EC 1.9 & pH 6.4

Week 12
The buds are forming quite slowly I think. Is perhaps also due to the high temperature of 28 ° C on average in the grow tent. At night it is not really cooled down the week. Maximum to 24 ° C. Since yesterday, leaves are discolored sporadically. They appear lighter. But the leaf veins do not change color. I have attached a photo I hope you can see it well and maybe someone has an explanation for me.
My guess is N deficiency. Since the rinseout is so high I could also imagine that the bubba slush has to fight with a nutrient blockade. Occasionally I also see burnt leaf tips. The next time I water, I will use only pH-adjusted water.

At the beginning of the week I also change the fertilizer:
Coco A 2,5ml/l
Coco B 2,5ml/l
Green sensation 1ml/l
Sugar royal 1ml/l

EC 1.8 & pH 6.0

Rinse out: EC 2.1 & pH 6.4

Week 13

Nothing exciting happened this week. I have not changed the fertiliser. Rinse out always monitored. It was consistently in the green range. The buds are getting thicker. The sugar leaves are also slowly covering themselves with ice. I think I'll have a lot more luck with this grow. Let's move on.

EC 1.8 & pH 6.0

Rinse out EC 1.9 & pH 6.1

Very healthy from the first couple of leaves, great job my friend.  When I have any height problem.... I usually do "crop", bend the branch, and this is not a problem for the plant. She makes a callus and continues to fatten the bud, although without continuing to grow vertically, so I avoid height problems. Your crop looks fantastic, thanks for sharing :)

Week 14

At the beginning of the week I cut a few awnings on the tops. A few leaves show nutrient deficits. If this spreads or gets worse this week, I will adjust the fertiliser solution. So far the buds are growing and the sugar leaves are filling up with trichomes. The first pistils turn brown.

Rinse out: EC 1.6 & pH 6.1

Week 15

There was a lot going on this week. One of the other two plants in the tent has started to form seeds in the lower area. Only on one shoot, only on one bud. I harvested the whole plant... and examined it completely. A pollen sac had formed in the one bud, but it was enclosed by the individual flowers around it. That is why it could not disperse the pollen. Luckily for me.

Something has also happened with the Bubba Slush. The buds are getting fatter by the day and covered with trichomes. The headbuds are already taking shape.

Rinse out: EC 1.9 & pH 6.2

Week 16

Hello all,
This week the buds have really gained mass. I am really surprised. This time everything seems to have gone well.
No sign of seeds.
I'm very happy about that, because in my first bubba slush grow in 5 weeks, all 4 plants formed pollen sacs.
The plants have such a nice aroma. I'm looking forward to the harvest next week.
This week they still got the normal fertiliser. As of today, they only get water. Some of the trichomes are already amber in colour. Most of them are nice and milky. Some are still clear and transparent. I'll give it a few more days to convert the remaining nutrients and get everything out of it.

Rinse out: EC 1.7 & pH 6.0

Week 17

This week I only rinse the plant with rainwater. No more fertiliser, I haven't checked the pH value either.
The trichomes are 90% milky. The rest are more amber. I think it's time for the harvest. I will keep you informed.
