Hello folks :)
I have grown for around 14years starting with  the HPS and last few years has been with quantum boards with the LM301h.Iam now testing a bunch of new stuff and would love to hear if you guys have any mthing you want to see tested :)
I have made a new grow room and got a beautiful light to fully cover the growing space and give a perfectly even ppfd for optimum SCROG canopy.
The light is dimmable and at 100% runs at 750w, but in this room will be run 30-60%. The room is a small hobby 110cm x 130cm and everything painted with polyurethane. I have been waiting for a delivery for the last polyurethane (as the store had run out) so I apologize for the bad position of the plants in the photos - they will be moved and the big Blueberry OG moved under a SCROG in the back. And in the front 8-12plants of different strains (we will see how fast the growth is and how many plants will be needed to fill the canopy).
Currently we are in veg week 2 and will be vegged another week. Total 21days from seed to start flower.
The growing media is biobizz light mix and fed with greenhouse seeds powder feeding and abit of supplements :)
Any questions or suggestions I would love to answer.
And only left to say is thank you for your attention and lets see how this goes together :D

Hello again

I forgot to mention there was a catastrophic fan failure and that is why the leaves looked so damaged on the last photos. Now 7 days into flowering leaves are looking a lot better and they doubled in size  :)

Some people might think the setup is something strange. But the grow is too keep height minimized to make a vertical grow. And that should be possible with a SCROG and/or early flowering. The light is almost impossible to overdo with good ventilation to bring in fresh CO2, so as long as temperature and humidity is kept everything should be fine. Any questions or discussions please comment :)

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 80%.

In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.

Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Bio Enhancer, Silicate powder and some CaSO4

Kind Regards

Hello :)

Now we are at week 2 since start of flowering (12/12). For some strange reason the Purple Punch and Pineapple Express #2 from seeds are flowering very slowly and have now just begun showing flowers after 2 weeks of 12/12, but the Blueberry OG from motherplant is flowering beautifully. This might be because i know the Blueberry OG much better and can cater to its needs better. Or there is some truth to photoperiods flowering is affected by the age of the plant - will be interesting to make a "mono-crop" run with cuttings from one of these individuals in the future.
They were defoliated in week 1 and will be defoliated again tomorrow (should have been a few days ago in my book, but i was busy :D )

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 90%.

In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.

Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Bio Enhancer, Silicate powder and some CaSO4

Kind Regards

So still the Blueberry OG is kicking ass and the Purple and Pineapple Express #2 are behind, but have finally started flowering and the stretch is finished i believed. They will be 5-8weeks longer in flowering for a total of 8-11weeks flowering.
Now just time to gain some weight :)

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 80% (680W)
Humidity in the 50-60% range and day temps around 29C and night 21C.

In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.

Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Silicate powder and some CaSO4

Kind Regards

Hello :)

Now we are at week 4 since start of flowering (12/12).
Same ole same ole :D Blueberry OG still awesome, but finally the rest have started flowering and showing some phenotypes - quite chuffed about the dark purple one. Now just time for some swelling of the buds - what do you guys use to fill in the buds?

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 80% (680W)
Humidity in the 60-70% range and day temps around 30C and night 23C. (heat wave and heavy rains - the ventilation cannot keep up - yikes)

In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.

Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Silicate powder and some CaSO4

Kind Regards

love bio biz grow, plants are looking great, great the way you can get the led so close to the plant canopy.

i dont like bio-bizz fertilizers too much :D and also iam looking for a cheaper alternative for their soil, but soon my vermicompost is up and running and i will go full living soil and organic ammendments - probably greenhouse's bio powder line and test against biobizz premix and florganics :)
Yea i like the lamps real close and dimmed to save power and i also have space for another flower room on top vertical style :D
Thanks for the interest :)

Hello

Now we are at week 5 since start of flowering (12/12).
Blueberry OG is great, it might only be 2weeks more (i have stopped feeding) and the Purple Punch and Pineapple Express #2 is probably 4weeks more, maybe one or two phenotypes abit earlier. Time to feed abit of molasses - tho i believe the effect is minimal in an conventional grow like this compared to an organic with many microorganisms.

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 80% (680W)
Humidity in the 60-70% range and day temps around 29C and night 21C. (the weather has been fluctuating like crazy lately)

In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.

Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Silicate powder and some CaSO4

Kind Regards

Excellent bloom my friend, they look really great, congratulations. Regarding the height, it is perfect, that is, indoors it is always complicated but in your garden, you did great going to flowering with little height and many tips, the result is fantastic. Thanks for share bro :)

Hello

Now we are at week 6 (day 42) since start of flowering (12/12).
Blueberry OG has therefore been harvested, and the Purple Punch and Pineapple Express #2 is probably gonna be 3weeks more. The Blueberry OG was harvested early because i had two nights with 85% RH before i could get a dehumidifier, Anyways the rest of the plants looks fine and will be fire harvest in a few weeks. The crazy wet and hot summer combined with the dehumidifier is really heating the rooms tho :(
A bit stressed this week i am sorry, next week i will make a better update with some nice bud shots hopefully.

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 80% (680W)
Humidity was 70-85% for a few days, but now is 40-60% range and day temps around 32C and night 23C.

In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.

Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Silicate powder and some CaSO4

Kind Regards

PS. I am gonna post first week veg of bio Chemical Bride next sunday :)

Hello :)
Now we are at week 7 since start of flowering (12/12). Now only the Purple Punch and Pineapple Express #2 left. The phenotypes are becoming really obvious, and to me they dont even seem the same strain - such a huge variety. For now it is difficult to get pictures of the buds as the room is totally filled in. Anyways when i harvest next week or the week after that i will show the all and individuals under the light - hopefully they put on a lot of weight and color in this last week or two.

They are under the VanQ GLMX720 LED run at 80% (680W)
Humidity in the 50-60% range and day temps around 32C and night 23 (the dehumidifier is heating the room a bit more then i like, but plants seem fine).
In biobizz light mix in fabric pots.
Fed greenhouse powder feed short flowering, PK booster, Silicate powder and some CaSO4, but now just plain water for the last week or two
Kind Regards

  • 2 weeks later...

Really got a beautiful fade this last week with no fertilizers :)
Iam pulling the plug on this one, maybe a few days or one week early, but i think the buds are still nice. At least i will be able to start flowering a monocrop of Blueberry OG faster :D
Im gonna try and reveg one phenotype of each Purple Punch (beautiful color) and Pineapple Express #2 (big yield).
So this is it, in two weeks i hope to  a harvest post with yield and bud shots.
Thanks guys, i enjoy this forum alot more then others :D Sorry iam a bit late with updating my Chemical Bride - second week and i already failed the update :D but i will get better, anyways it i only 2weeks veg, but i will return with more dont worry :)
