I've noticed that a lot of english speaking folks read this part of the forum, so i'll try to translate the best i can. My indoor was build mostly by recycling stuff found on the street, the base and main columns came from the supports they use to move heavy stuff in constructions sites and large warehouses (don't know the word in english). The lights are installed in a shelf that can be moved up and down and locks in a support i also found that is used in stores to hang stuff. The proyector is an aluminum sheet that is used in printing in offset machines. Print shops usually throws it to the garbage or sells it for the weight, if you ask they will surelly give you a couple for free.

I have three 32w cfl's, i'm expecting a 250w sodium light for flowering.

Very cool room thanks for the translation! :)

Is it your first grow with this? be very careful with aluminium paper cause they reflect light and heat like a lens would, so there is risk for burns on your plants, not yet because i don't think there is enough light to burn but be careful when you will have more power.

You can replace it with Mylar (what's used in classic tent) there are all sorts of mylar, from very cheap classic one, to more expensive diamond mylar. but really it's not expensive and worth buying ;)

Or you can use White walls simply, working good too and no risk of burn ;)

Good luck

¡Buena suerte

In the modifications i made after to split the closet in two i replaced most of the aluminum paper (it's gift wrap paper) for white paint, i runned out of paint in the process, it's one of those things that you keep saying "I have to do it, it will only take me a couple of hours" but you never do it. Sometime, maybe ... :P Thanks for the advice!

Gracias!

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
