We are finishing the last details on the stand, soon we will be ready for the opening of CULTIVA 2011! I am uploading a small vid on youtube, soon will post it. franco Posted October 28, 2011 Author Share Posted October 28, 2011 Not really.... it's legal to grow cannabis plants and to sell clones, but it's illegal to flower them.... strange laws! Smoking is officially illegal, but at the Expo the atmosphere is always tolerant. Perhaps it is also because the location is not in central Vienna, but a bit outside.
