Dust, yeah had two cats who loved snooping around in the tent!

So far I've harvested some plants, the Lady Purple, Master Kush, and Sweet Cheese have allready been cut, dried and smoked!

Will post a decent smoke report when I have the time :)!

oohyou use that spliting stem technic on last girl, had you done it before? did you notice a diference, i remember a friend doing it when i started growing but never tried myself.

So you harvest like a snaky snake without telling us and showing us no pictures, shame on you man :P :P you shall be damned to Sweden for eternity for this! ;)

Hope you'll show us lots of pics the girls weren't big but i bet they'll be good :)

Haha Dust! I promise I will post some nice pics when my friend stops by again :)!

The split stem technique seems to make the plant extra sticky during the end.

I use this on all ladies on their last 4-5 days!

11 ladies left in the growroom :)

What's the reason for doing the split stem thing never seen that done before

This video will probably explain things a bit better :).

The idea behind this is to stress the plant during it's final week to make it produce a lot of extra resin using everything that is in the plant.

That is not me in the video :).

However, I will document the next time a girl gets split for you!

I haven't heard of tieing it down when it is still growing. Always heard you shouldn't tie it down while it's still expanding in size.

Interesting theory! Does anyone have any more information on this?

I have topped some and when they grew into 2 tops vegged for a few weeks I wrapped some rope at the bottom (so they dont snap when pulled)where the 2 stems started and then got 2 bits of rope and pulled them apart and tied them down and it was really good I will try and do it again on some of my rhinos or lemon so you can see got very big yields off them but had one or two clapse because of the weight

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
