It will be interesting to see how licenses are granted, and if the big corporations are allowed to do mega greenhouses in Eastern Washington with the good light levels. If the big corporate greenhouses go up many think it will drive the little mom & pop growers out of business. It will be interesting to see how the Washington and Colorado experiment with radical new Citizens uprising laws concerning Cannabis work out. President Obama has talked about Cannabis users are not going to be considered "big fish".
