I forgot that. Here in my city the pH is too high (7.5), then I regulate the water with lemon, which gives me a stable pH (between 6.7 - 6.9) than using vinegar. Regarding the EC, I think the absorption of nutrients is not optimal and I think it's my ignorance of how to regulate this variable.

With half a lemon squeezed you can reduce, in 6 liters of water, the pH from 7.9 to 6.5

honestly I measure the pH of tap water (up to 7.9 usually get). Then squeeze half a lemon and distributed in 3 water bottles of 2 liters each. I hope 24 hours to mix well, and also evaporates the high level of chlorine that also brings water in my city. Finally controlled the ph again and I get between 6.5 to 6.9 max. Then watering plants.

Lemon alone doesn't stabilize the pH of water. It's "manual" based on a measure of 1 lemon per 12 liters of water

That's the process I follow. Hope this helps.

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
