Maybe soil in pot to hot? You need to getout reflector from the floor of box or wrap the pots reflector too. I think roots are cooked at the edge of the pot and soil. It is all worked like solar heater which focuses infrared light from HPS lamp

Thanks for the advise will check this out when the babies awake.

Why i asked about if you did feed with both nutes was because if you do that rules out the nutes. Could be as simple as to much water

;)

I did have a slight moss issue, before repoting. But no problems since. I will reduce my watering, see what happens. Thanks man.

Day 37 - Flowering day 7

Bloody bitches not showing me there bits yet !

Been a long week waiting hoping to see the sex of my babies. Still not shown there sex yet, with the exception of WSS4 the beast of the group. Looks to be starting to grow some balls ! Unfortunatley, but we will wait patiently to see any day now. I gave WSS 2 and WSS 4 1.5 litre's of water with Powder feed ( 10 mg per 10 litre's) . The 2 Hesi plants WSS1 and WSS3 there last drinh of the TNT Grow and they are now on Bloem as well.

They all seem to be coming along nicely and little slower than i would have expected after growing the Indica H pack last time. Although they are mostly all bigger than the White Rhino, which is yet to show it's sex also. The ugly duckling WSS3 is still looking very freaky and not so healthy, seems to be really slow on the uptake of water.

Anyway the picture's marginally better than last time, any questions or advise appreciated.

Happy growing

Happy days 10th flowering day

Quite confident I will be the father of at least 2 girls WSS2 and WSS3 (crinkly pheno) , maybe one hermie as WSS4 showing signs of both male and female, shame as it's is a great big strong plant and WSS1 has not quite made it's mind up yet, Thinking male but see what you think. I will wait another week or so to make give them the full opportunity to show there sex.

Been growing about 12 months on my 5th grow, always used hesi so far and had no problems. Like the look of this Greenhouse magic powder feed, add to water one feed suits all stages, so no messing about, and no more expensivel. My mate in the UK was growing for a years and he swears by Hesi, but we will see, so should be available. Watch this space!

Hesi is being around for ages it's what all the growers used before all the specialized stuff came flooding the market, your friends prob an old school grower!

Thanks for dropping by, will be difficult to compare to be honest , as only left with 3 of six due to mermie's in the house. Maybe check http://www.strainhunters.com/forums/topic/4950-indica-h-seeds-grow-report/ you can see the results of my first GHS grow using Hesi collection. came recomended by a friend and Cup Winning Nutrient. Will do a proper comparison when get some time, as been happy with Hesi but like the all in one , nomessing about you get with the Poweder feed.

happy smoking buddy

Day 14 Flower

Sadly I have chopped 2 of the WSS as they are both hermathrodites. Did remove the balls off WSS 1 and WSS 4 , but more have appeared lower down. So made the difficult deceision to pull them as missed one little sack last time I deballed a plant and ended up with a load of banana filled Blueberry I had to chop early, although this DP strain was notorious for Hermieing. Must say I am disappointed as have no contingency plan for losing 25 - 30 % of my harvest this time and they where two very good looking plants, that and flowering them a little earlier than I would have liked as wanted to desperatley find out ther sex before investing the time expense and effort.

Anyway enough negativity, lets talk about the positives. 3 of the 6 WSS ladies are still flowering. WSS 2 and WSS 6 and White Rhino have multiple female organs so happy as larry with that. Both seem to have slowed a little this last week and would thought they would have progressed more after 2 week of flowering. However I plan on flushing them this coming week, see if we can get them sucking up the nutrients again.

WSS3 The crinkly pheno was last to show she has female organss at the top internode, but am concerned that balls are growing on the 2nd internode, so will be monitioring daily, she does not seem to be looking any healthier, but previously had a plant that had yellow leaves form the start to the last week of flowering when it went beautiful green and was no less productive. Still on 10 mg per 10 litre Powderfeed and the one WSS is on Hesi bloem and super vit at the moment.

Any comments, observations helpful advise greatfully received, see you here soon ( hopefully)

How come they have all stetched this much after they had sprouted? To me it's to mutch stretched like those look right now. Everybody tells you they look great but I've seen specimen grown better. Stretching is due to light or due to not being able to grow roots among a few others. The dirt they are growing in is that "light' enough for your plants to establish roots in???

I'm not sure they really stretched that much, but, taking a second look at the pictures of the pulled WSS's the root balls seem a little small. I had this problem with my first grow from overwatering and not enough drainage. When we water too often without letting them dry out a little they have no need to develop big roots to seek water/food and the maximum root potential will not be reached. I hope this helps :)

Peace

Maybe overwatering a little at the start, very keen to see them go maybe to keen. I did not think they had stretched to much, but still an amateur as only my 4 th time with feminised seeds. Lots to learn still. thanks for your feedback

Think the general concencious seems i overwatered them at the start, there are more roots in the pot as they where ripped out than pulled ! pesky hermies! Tokage mentioned it earlier in the grow ! little mold forming on the top of the soil. They do seem to have come on the last two days , on the new treat them mean keep them keen scheme. Thanks for your input!

glad to notice I'm not the only one who has noticed, Try rich potting soil with building sand and perlite for your grows that's what helps me out alot when growing. It ensures the drainage and is the perfect root grow medium when growing soil based in my opinion.
