Store male pollen?

Hi people,

Is it possible to store male pollen? usually the males are ready much earlier than the girls so we have males in full flowers and almost no flowers with the females. That means we have to wait untill the girls are ready and have a lot of flowers to pollinate.

Ist t possible to store the male pollen for some weeks? And if yes, how? In the refrigerator at what temps?

yes stor it inthe frige - frozen , ~~ -10 / -15 should be ok , after taking out it must be used , should keep it vital for 2-5 weeks ,

make sure the polen is dry and well sealed

i see people put the branches in a plastic bag, then you shake the bag and collect the pollen inside and in the freezer like sizzla said

Thanks a lot, but is it necessary to deep freeze it at -10 Celsius?

What a about the veggie department of the fridge at 8 degrees. How long will it last?

It works - a bit - but not like fresh pollen - maybe 10-2ß% are alive, not more after 4 weeks.
