GeordieAndy Posted April 29, 2013 Share Posted April 29, 2013 Hello everyone!This is my first ever grow I had to choose the SLH as it is my first ever favorite smoke!I bought the seeds from GHSC and I have germinated and planted 5 and they're now a week old today.I'm using Canna Terra as my medium and I have Terra vega and Terra flores for my nutrients but I have only been using PH balanced water on them at 5.5.as you can see by my last picture I have one(well infact I have two the same) that it so much smaller than the rest and they don't look like they have grown at all the past few days, any ideas on why they're doing that?Thanks and all help will be greatly appriciated and I will keep you all up to date throughout! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's day 22 now and they're doing pretty well (I think) a couple of leaves are still curling like they have been over waterd but I have only been giving then small amounts of water when the soil is dry to about 2 inches down. One of them is a lot better than the rest but the rest are catching up, as you can see by my pics too one of them is some kind of mutant or something I don't know? They're in 18ltr pots now and I've give them an EC of 1.0 and the most recent was 1.1 PH is 5.5. Dust Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 Hey mn thanks for making a journal, don't know why i missed it but i did ^^Good to see the 2 laters have finally kept growing, even if ones seems a little smaller, she looked indeed like she had little genetic problem at beginning but new sets of leaves look good keep an eye on her and i'm sure she will be fine For the flowering it depends how big you wnt your plant, after 28 days of veg it should already gve you some nice ladies, probably aound 1m i think, even a little more maybe, depends the lighting too ^^Have a good grow man thnks for the news keep them coming Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I lost one of the SLH after the root started to rot so I put a couple autos in there just for the practice, I have a friend who is bringing me a 14day old chemdog along today as well, pretty excited about it now! ha Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PH is 5.5 EC is 1.8 going to flush them on sunday with an EC 1.3 and then let them get real dry and feed them with 1.8 EC. They're now under a 600watt HPS light and they seem to be getting on just fine! been pretty excited and I can't wait until they start buding ha any advice I am willing to take! still very new to all this but for my first grow I think I'm doing pretty well haha. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They're coming on great and as you can see by some of the pictures they have already started to really produce a lot of crystals. If you look back to when I first started that is the tiny deformed one it had been pretty deformed since the start haha it has got a lot stronger the last few days but it is still pretty special lol. Not sure what it could be as it has been getting the same treatment as the rest apart from at the start less water because of the size and it did really stretch during the first 3 weeks of flowering but but they all seamed to have stopped stretching now al keep you updated 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are really starting to get big and dense buds on! and they're just covered in crystal, they smell extremely strong now of that classic haze with a hint of lemon really looking forward to watching them explode over the next few weeks. They have really started to get real dense now and are looking and smelling absolutely fantastic.I've started flushing them with plain water today! they're looking to go to about 10 weeks so it will be a two week flush altogether, hoping to get the best taste possible!
