hey man thanks for letting us updated! sorry to see 2 of the girls had a rough time! i hope the mold didn't damage them too much, but the rest of the plants are looking very nice congratulation

DAMN..hate mold..had it my first grow and since have done everything possible aside from spraying them with anything (won't use chems on em like that..nasty shit) to make sure it doesnt ever show again.I know you said youve been busy, but have you narrowed down what happened? How high did the rH get and what do you have for internal air circulation? Sorry bro, not trying to grill ya at all but want to help out and maybe learn a bit more myself too. Hope everything goes smooth from now on man.

Peace

Well hunters the Joker is back to put a final cap on this grow! I've been very busy lately guys, recently taken on another 2 grow rooms & im getting married in a few weeks! so been running around like a headless chicken doing all that stuff , plus a bride-zilla to deal with

:D

Anyway Im sure as you would of guessed the Mango's were indeed harvested at 80days as i had planned , most of them i will say were pretty much done , there was maybe 1 or 2 i personally had i the time frame, would have let them go for maybe another 10 days.

Now as you guys saw from my last update i had a weeee bit a a battle with mold towards the end of flowering , since then I've done a bit of investigating of my equip and how efficiently it is all running, and in doing this i found that one of my carbon filters attached to my exhaust fan was very very blocked up, and not doing a great job of venting out my hot and humid air and blowing my humidity levels up to 55-60% way.... to high , anyway after a good clean of the filter i was able to get all my levels back to down to normal. So a lesson for us all , make sure you always do maintenance checks on ya stuff even if it all looks ok

Before i get to the pictures guys ill run you down on a few extra things.

Ok so now we are at the end of the grow i'm able to look back and reflect on things about the grow and what i would change next time around and also a few things that i found that really benefited these autoflowering plants.

For starters i noticed after i had switched from 20/4 light schedule to 18/6 there was a far bigger burst in growth, it seems that the 6 hours of night time its really optimum for Autoflowers as it gives them that vital time to properly photosynthesis and concentrate on root growth , and with autos it is very vital that they have a strong root system.

i also found A really good low stress training method to try with Autoflowers was fan-leaf tucking, this involves if possible very gently putting the main fan-leafs under growing shoots that are below the main stem , i found that by doing this, it really got the light to all of the plant as opposed to just the top canopy while not stressing the plant out at all.

P.H, so talking about ph i found that 5.5 was perfect for veg growth when i switched to flower i made a haste decision to change it straight away to 6.2 it would show later on during about half way through flowering that a few plants had some bad clawing and as much as i tried to correct the ph i just couldnt get rid of the dreaded claw, so in the future i will adjust it more slowly and just the plants show me how they are liking it.

Last but not least guys Dont Over crowd your grow room

:) i know sometimes many seems more and in some cases its true , but with autos they arent big yielding plants to start with so u really want to make sure you get perfect light all through out the plant , these mangos got soo tall that i started to miss out on yield because some plants were in the shadows and it probably was a factor that helped cause my mold at the end .

ALL in all guys i really enjoyed this grow, I've already ordered more sweet mango seeds they were that good , I harvested the plants at 80days total from seed to finish, maybe give or take two days for the germing process, from 10 x sweet mango autoflowers i managed to get a total combined harvest of :

486g nugs after 4 days drying before curing process

around 300g of dry useable popcorn and trim , plant material

And 2 month and 20 days of absolute bliss

:)

Smoke & Smell Report :

Abosolutely beautiful the smell is so strong and varies from a Piney fruity smell to a almost skunk pungent

like smell close to the likes of kush, the smoke hits hard & straight away, leaving u stoned for hours.. perfect for a afternoon smoke to relax you after a long day of work.

Calryx to leaf ratio was pretty good with some of the phenos producing very fat swelling ones covered in cystals.

Nutrients Report :

I really love the Short flowering powder feeding nutrients from green house seeds the only thing you have to watch out is cal & mg its not added into the nutrients so make sure you look after that , so always make sure you test ur water hardness, In finland here the water is very light and we have no cal or mg or very little of it.

I didnt end up adding any cal or mag to my plants this grow as i thought it would be breaking the rules of only using Powder feeding, it was a great risk and these sweet mangos are such strong plants they flourished without it so i was lucky , but please always add cal - mag to your plants as not all plants will be so lucky as i found it out the hard way with a later

:D.
