First time grower needs help

Its my first grow experience. I have 2 argan haze and 3 local seeds. It has been 7 days since i have put the seeds in the soil. Please check the pictures and inform me. You will also see the specs of the lamps that i am using. The grow room is about 1,5 m2. Are they normal? They seem so skinny to me

Looks fine to me. Add more soil all the way up to the leafs. Make better support and more roots. Anything under soil will create roots.
Dont over water and you will be fine.

Thanks alot friend. I will do as you say. What is the amount of water or how usual i shoul give water?

The amount of water depends on a lot of things, i can't give you a exact measurement just a rule of thumb.
Put a finger in the soil, if you feel wet down a few cm its ok. Others weight the pot by hand to check how light the pot is with water.
For small young plants such as yours you cant use any of those tricks and you will need to use your head.

Hey mang, don't worry, the little sweeties look fine, just remember to have them enough soil and not too much water (overwatering is actually not a thing, due to the plants getting suffocated by too much water, ergo not getting enough oxygen).
