Rix, I have enjoyed corresponding with you.  I will be sorry to see you go.

I too had had similar feelings in the past about my further participation here, but I then discovered that my frustration was mostly self-generated.

I had discovered somewhere, the ability to see how many times others were reading my posts, and I discovered that I had many readers, even though most of them weren't posting replies.

What I further discovered is that when I regularly respond inside others threads, other members would reply more often in my threads, and that would generate more "likes".

For me, my greater participation within the threads of others has increased my enjoyment with the Forum.

Damnesia bushy 1 at the back left.

What a plant. been bent amd piched but this is 1 that got bit messed up with ph and stunted. nearly fully recovered. will rebend or pinch new growth to encourage lower arm growth.

Will keep this 1.

like 5.7 ph and 600ppm. at 1ml perlitre. this 1 has a lil silica in to even though i swore not to use. his res was hi and ph to low so I used 4ml in 20l which is way under recomendation but still i shouldve used plane water.

Looking forward to it and have a few cutting in pots and growing as seen above.

deffo a keeper this. can tell its a banger from start. never had anything over power cheese like this.

Forgot the company for this 1. was the cheapest off bonzai seeds.

Critical mass aka critical shite. was freebie so I didnt care to much.

This plant was hydro but wouldnt grow when in same buckets as others. when they were all in same bucket.

She went in her own bucket but still wouldnt grow so I transfered her to pot were she has just started fully recovering. Some arms small from 1 side node while other big. this guy was flushed for a week and then fed same as the coco guys.

Cheese.

2 cheeses  in coco.

Feed is same as rest. Been no problem at all except slow growth. Think this guy started as hydro. infact im pretty sure all cheese started hydro and wouldnt adapt so was put in coco.

They are just under a meter tall now and are nice and health with decent arms. Id say they prob yield 7oz each.

Dead cheese.

Shocking and stil shocked tb. feeds low 450 ppms and ph is good. some heads have lifted but no sign of new growth.

Some pics of the pinching and bending. 1 snapped but repaired tbh that is what you want for huge colas but you goto support it to repair it or itl drop of.

This was 1 of my 1st guys 1 of the amazing 2 ive added a pic of the 2nd 1 lolz and thats going to be the faite of this 1 as i need th bucket and its been like this atleast 2weeks. if it even had new heads id save it.

rip and note amazing berry smells from this with that yachy cheesy sickly smell after smell. such a shame. its almost asif they are autoflowers and because i never went 12/12 they frazzled. i remember there ppms being around 1000 too and i flushed and dropped to 600 ppm which is when they started dying so again i flushed and dropped to 450 ish ppm and it just didnt pick up.

left in room ages after i chopped it and amazing smell. never went mouldy either. shame.

This guy is a survivor amd cant remember from or what strain. was real bad at 1st.

Im sure its either jack here or arjhans haze #3 or a cheese.

Hoping its haze and good smoke as its been threw alot but look at he go!

I will go threw the grow and work out who she is as shes amazing and 1 il be taking some clones from. Already have tbh. think 2 in new buckets are hers.

This is the 1 in mainly soil and like 15% coco. shyty cheap l9cal shop too that was just sitting around. I got some coco bricks and may use this again as shes just as big as the big cheese except arms are not as developed or long.

Mystery person. labeled arjhanz haze but could be that i took him out and into soil and replaced with this which is either white lemon or jack harer. its indica dom so I suspece white lemon. tbh this 1 and the 1 next to it the bushy indica are either of the mentioned.

Not sure but I will check threw but think lemon kush died. and also another 1 got dumped and im sure was 1 the seedlings too. so jack harer white lemon or arjans haze may not be in here. there is a clone though thats for sure.

If you can tell please pm. I will tell in the end anyways.

This 1s middle back. this 1 got caught up with ph too and is just starting to throw new shoots.

Some clones. not sure whats what.

Some cheese. some damnesias. some of all tbh.

use 60% honey with 1/4 strengh feed for 100% success roots. I find the cup or little pots then transfer is best.

Some growing weird. specially the cheeses the like mad indica doms with super tight internodes. the damnesia clones stil kind of stunted but 2 have took off. That 1 I threw away I took complete head and its growing amazing.

1 sec im take some pics right now and show you. and my weird canoe leafs.

Rix,

I agree with your assessment, that there may be some nutrient-shock involved with the death or illness of some of your plants.

The same symptoms could also be caused by some other influences.  But you are the best judge since you have eyes-on and hands-on with the plants.

The leaves have a yellowish color in many of the pictures.  This could happen if your nitrogen level is too low, or if the pH of the soil is incorrect to the point that the plant experiences "nutrient-lock". (Nitrogen or any other nutrients could have difficulty entering the roots when the pH is not correct.)  Or if over-watering is an issue (and of course, I cannot determine that, I am not there), then pull a couple of the rootballs out of their pots and check for root-rot.  Root-rot is evident if the roots are brown or if the rootball smells bad.  Healthy Cannabis roots are white.

The yellowish color in the leaves could also occur if the lamps are constantly too far away or simply not intense enough.

If you are unsure whether your pH-meter is functioning properly, it might be a good idea to purchase a second one.  I have 3, and I consider it a good idea to check them against each other from time-to-time to determine if one needs to be calibrated.

Additionally, I recommend the PPM/TDS/EC-meters from Blue Labs.  Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but very reliable.  Peace of mind in knowing that you are using good equipment is worth it.

Good Luck

after quick look i dont see any sulphur in the nutrients you are using so that is one issue, maybe the nutes are lacking in other micros too and give too much other elements

also you cant just compare the NPK % the package says and compare to other brand, the nutrient availability have several factors that influence on the way plant can use them like what molecules they are and what level of chelation the nutes have so it is better that you dont do experiments like this as newbie and stick to stuff that work and learn from there

also how are you giving the plants fresh air? they might be recycling the same air? and the dwc needs to be insulated better from the heat radiation so the water can hold oxygen better as it stays cool longer and to prevent pathogens growing in the reservoir

as a rule of thumb the air should change completely in the space around every 3-5minutes at min to give them new supply of co2 and keep things cool, if you recycle air than you need to add co2 in it and keep temps in order

the water reservoir should be under 23celcius so the water can hold sufficient amount of oxygen, maybe few degrees higher only if you are using many different beneficial micro organisms that help the plant

but yeah firstly they seem to lack the sulphur element the plant are also showing that to me on  leafs, the temp might be a bit too high for using dwc aswell

and why are you adding honey to the plant food.... dont do that

quick update. ripped everything out to see whats up ph pens got its own mind and my airstones are shite. tried to make them air walls with airline but no go. im using 2x 4ways. i have 4 in total but 2 in use. ive removed 2 black buckets as them clones had been in 2week with no growth.

I got 11 plants ready. wanted atleast 15 hydro but now its half n half but im still push these igger clones.

Kinda nightmare grow lol but oh well.

some pics. ive redone food down to 400-500ppms. im push 1 more week with this nute and 100% flower feed for the hydros. cocos using canna coco which is for veg and bloom il use pk boost too.

cocos are great but the cheese is tooo small. Im thinking this big coco is damnesia but i not 100%

Can any of you spot which is which?

them 2 in blue bucket been there 2 week too and hardly grown. its like im over watering them but in hydro. im start only fill till root tips touch.

Take care and remember. trust no 1 not even ya mom

good spot dick. id i just write this. ive removed a few to dry out and thinking coco them like i done with my others.

Please pm if you spot things im missing. as you can see im taking on quite abit by myself.

Advice and criticism always welcomed.

ye you right in passed my rockwool at harvest always be mouldy. this why ive tried perlite and rockwool and coco. I have to layer the bottom and holes with rockwool too. like a skin to hold the coco. it works well. eliminates algae worry and assures a good dosage of food to the main root ball.

Rix, regarding airpumps with multiple outputs:

When using a multiple-output airpump with multiple stones, sometimes due to the stones sitting under different depth water (differing pressures), one stone will bubble while the other wont.                       ---- years of experience with aquariums

If your containers are not transparent so that you can readily see that the stones are bubbling or if you don't check on a regular basis, then you may wind-up drowning your roots in one bucket.

Either check and adjust often, or use a separate airpump for each bucket.
