Regenerating the haze 1 - with pictures

hello fellow Strain Hunters,

I am regenerating my haze 1, as their has been a lot of interest in regeneration.

In doors it seems a shame to cut down a plant, when it has such a well developed root system and main stem.

The haze 1 is a strong plant, ideally suited to regeneration.

Enough words, as it is said one picture is worth a thousand words, I will let the pictures speak for themselves, except to say the haze 1 was harvested on the 21/10/2010, so it is exactly 13 days since i put the lights up to 18 hours;

in the above picture, the buds are stretching to form leaves and branches; it is clearer in the picture below of a different part of the plant:

Below is a clone taken from a church plant I regenerated from my crop before last;

I had a problem with fungus gnats;

this plant was taken by root pathogens brought to it by them little bastards;

anyhow she still lives, here is a clone taken from her; it is 3 weeks since it rooted;

the adventure continues!

happy growing,

You could have a different phenotype;

the buds look the same.

my haze was fully mature at 10 weeks;

you may have flowered her for too long.

I have found with the Green House strains that the flowering period they recommend is longer than it takes for the plants to mature.

this could be environmental, plus different growing techniques, but the plants always mature a week to 10 days less than Green House recommends,

but Gren House has to cover every growing situation, so I guess they give the maximum flowering period.

heat also can reduce potency

. all the best, and your bud looks very tasty, my friend.

Did you enter it into the best bud of the month competition?

good luck if u did.

happy growing, john

hi jay,

any help I can give you just let me know, my friend;

i think both of those strains will come back very nicely for you.

i have put up a new post to show how the haze looks after 3 weeks of 18 hours of light.

happy regeneration, my friend,

john
