Hello all! I wanted to share my experience with mary jane as a performance enhancing supplement...and I hope you all will share yours with me as well.. The medical benefits of marijuana are often talked about as well as the recreational use of her, but a subject not often mentioned is the abilty weed posseses to increase performance in physical activity!! I have been natural bodybuilding for a few years and have come to believe that pot can help increase performance in the gym in quite a few ways. I like to take a few tokes of a nice 70%sativa/30% indica with a coffe before the gym...this serve the purpose of my "pre-workout".. it gets me in the mood, energized, and increases my mind to muscle connection allowing for greater muslce stimulation resulting in more growth! Also anyone that exercises daily knows that an increased caloric intake is necessary to maintain all the calories burned because of increased metabolism... this is where a strain the induces appetite can really be helpful.. I like to smoke a bowl while preparing my post workout meal consisting of protein, complex carbs, and essential fatty acids.. then i pig out...and its growing time..(in more ways than one) haha Lastly recovery is the name of the game.. and to help with that a nice heavy indica to finish off a long hard day fits perfectly into my regime... I'm sure this is a boring subject for some.. I just dislike the sterotype that pot smokers are lazy and unmotivated..
