A friend of mine told me about "butterbeer" from the Harry Potter series. I myself am not a big fan, but I figure you closet POTters might enjoy this "canna" version! Just use regular butter for the "kid" friendly version for you parents out there!Ingredients:â?¦1 cup (8 oz) club soda or cream soda (cream soda makes it REALLY sweet)â?¦½ cup (4 oz) butterscotch syrup (ice cream topping)â?¦½ tablespoon butter (I use 1 tblsp for MY version, splitting it for 2)Directions:Step 1: Measure butterscotch and butter. Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes, or until syrup is bubbly and butter is completely incorporated.(it goes REAL quick)Step 2: Stir and cool for 30 seconds, then slowly mix in club/cream soda. Mixture will fizz quite a bit.Step 3: Serve in two coffee mugs or small glasses; a perfectly warm Hogwarts treat for two!and now the pics....1/2 cup of butterscotch syrup... lolcream soda... or....I prefer the club soda...Canna butter... mmmmmmm.... syrupy goodness.... remember... only YOU know how strong YOUR butter is... loladding secret POTter ingredient...this was the BEST of the pics I got of it being microwaved...obviously regular butter wont leave a green ring... loladd soda of choice...*POOF* and you have you magic potion!put in your favorite Harry Potter DVD/Bluray and you'll be flying along with Harry in no time!Enjoy!
