Ganja Guac

Idk about everyone but i love guacamole when im baked as hell

Ingredients:

1 jalapeno

2 limes

1/2 tsp of olive oil

3 tsp of ground or finely chopped bud

4 large ripe avacados

1/2 cup of red onions

Procedure:

Dice up the jalapeno without the seeds. Seeds make it hella spicy. Juice the limes in a bowl and add olive oil, chopped bud, and jalapeno. Let that sit for about 2 hours so the acid in the lime extracts the thc (its like ceviche's cause the acid cooks the meat and weed needs to be cooked in order for the thc to become active).

Dice the red onion and prep the avacados and remove all the pits except 1. Combine the mixture with the onions and avacados but try to keep the juice thats left over in the other bowl. Mash it all together until smooth. Add salt and pepper til taste to your liking. Then add the oil a lil at a time cause too much lime can be overpowering. If you add too much oil then add a lil granulated garlic powder to balance it out.

Best time to eat it is fresh but the reason i say to keep one of the pits is because if you store it with the pit it'll last 10 times as long as it would without. Best served with chips and your favorite drink.
