Love this section but couldn't let Jimmy steal all the thunder! These are centercut 2 inch porkchops you can get cut at a deli! Your gonna have to grill thezse fer a bit so make sure to build your fire to one side so as not to burn the snot out em. Your cannacbuter make to your own recipe and before the final stage where you pakage it......cut a 1/4 of a buch of cilantro and add to it in a bowl. Take care not to over do it as this is a strong mexican parsley! You can pick it up in your veggies section of your local market! You'll add your butter after the chops are done! This can also be added to steak! First season your chops both sides and grill flipping often but let them cook! Takes about an hr! Now heres some tips: Get a meat injector and marinade. Tony cachere's had a garlic butter one thats tops! Injecting this into your chops will keep em juicy and keep em from drying out! Before cooking your meat on the grill or any meat for that matter.....cut an onion in half and basically cut onion rings. You can put these on the fire itself! This is for flavor and also it helps keep the fire in check! Left over end pieces and onion peel are also good for this! You'll need a beer as well....not to drink! Instead of putting out the hotspots that flame up with water use beer and put the lid on quick! This steaming effect will also keep your chops moist nad it puts a damn fine flavor addition to it! Cook chops till done and once of the grill put a descent sclice of the cannabutter with cilantro and feast out!DSCI2823.JPGPDSCI2822.JPGDSCI2818.JPGictured in the photos is a garlic sausage that i'm working on and a half rack of ribs(dry rub)! Gonna try a bubba infused one soon...pain in the ass though! Bon appetiet!
